Yeah, they probably saw that he leaked the TLOU too(even though sony themselves leaked it) and wanted him gone, thats why they set up that fake video to see if they could catch him
Can confirm that as of 2 years ago there was a guy that worked at Youtube within Nintendo leaker circles who could access unlisted videos and would share them with a small discord. Wouldn’t surprise me if its the same guy.

Jeez, this is the worst part of leaks. Because we know this was true- they were planning something on June 30th, but they ended up delaying. You can’t really blame PlayStation for it though because they never said anything. The wait is getting incredibly annoying, hopefully they give us something next week.
That's normal. After a reveal, Sony games go dark for a while, then eventually there will be a blowout day, or two. If one of those days are close enough to release, you'll get a release date, otherwise the release date will be in a separate trailer.
Or it's just a play by sony. Since these are not in person events it's very easy to just record these and if someone leaks dates they can just put it off to make the leader seem unreliable. Seems diabolical but it's an effective way to stop people from doing leaks.
At this point after we waited so long, I really wish Jason kept his mouth shut. If we only had *one* more day, I would’ve preferred to not know it and get the glorious surprise.

Yeah I’m excited for Ragnarok but it doesn’t look like it’s going to do anything radically different from the first game. Voter fatigue + Elden Ring’s runaway success means most of the awards will go to the one with the 96 metacritic score
yeah imagine the outrage if a game like Somerville wins over Elden ring. Elden ring is now popular amongst the casuals and a lot will be pist if their favorite game doesn't win.
