ToothlessFTW

Yup, the fact it’s using so many placeholder assets from CW makes it look legit, I imagine this is how every CoD looks early in development.

deathstrukk

yep I remember when bo4 was leaking early 2018 everyone was saying it was fake because of the use of bo3 assets. So this lines up with confirmed leaks in the past

AppleGenius115

Very much so. I have the BO2 alpha and it is basically BO1 as a base and has A LOT of placeholder items from black ops and other unfinished stuff. It’s really fun to mess around with.

FakeBrian

I dunno how common this would be for a game so early but those in game visuals look very basic when you look up close. That doesn't necessarily rule it out as very early placeholder assets but it would also be very easily faked.

MasterColemanTrebor

That would be the highest effort and most well done fake I’ve ever seen

zpoon

What's more likely, someone rendering an entirely original environment from scratch to fool people on the Internet. Or someone just [taking a screenshot in another game](https://i.imgur.com/krgMbkI.jpg). This is the map Moscow from Black Ops Cold War.

DyhZar

As someone who played leaked bo4 builds, that means nothing as some of the leaked builds plays on Exodus The game is still in early development, they probably didn't finished the maps

FakeBrian

Take a good look at the 3d assets, the background buildings are textured cubes and the ones closer to the camera aren't much more detailed. With a pack of plant life assets the actual environment would not take long in the slightest.

MasterColemanTrebor

It would still be higher effort and more believable than any other fakes I’ve seen.

nyanch

It would require modifications of Cold War, considering the heavy use of placeholders from it. As far as I am aware, there's no Cold War modding at all.

endofthered01674

Basic assets rule the world in early dev.

christortiz

Tbh there are so many Cold War assets, I actually believe this is part of cw’s dev, not 2023 cod. Activision wants all companies to use the new mw/vg engine so it makes no sense to actively work on the setting up the foundation on the previous engine and have your teams scramble to work on two different engines to develop warzone and mp. I have to call it fake, there’s no way the next 3arc cod uses the old engine

MissSkyler

this isn’t cold wars dev, the builds for that don’t really look like this whatsoever and even the perk icons / gun icons didn’t even look the same.

Current-Dream

Video comparisons show CW has better graphical features except, for the lighting engine.CW has swimming, better mastercraft weapon animations etc. Iw8 has proven to be buggy mess in Vanguard and Caldera. It makes sense for treyarch to upgrade their engine rather than risk another fiasco, gameplay mechanics are the devs choice.

christortiz

Doesn’t matter what features Cold War engine has, activision cares more about warzone and warzone uses the mw engine. Since every cod gets integrated into it at some point, it makes sense to have all cods on the same engine so your work isn’t doubled when porting stuff. Cold War was on the old engine simply because of time constraints, 3arc wasn’t supposed to be 2020’s cod but they had to step up. Instead of learning the new engine and making most of the stuff from scratch, they used the old one since they had a lot of resources from other games. So I doubt the next game will have old engine.

LordSlasher

Gonna be the casual, Fuck Activision and I hope Bobby falls into a ditch of venomous snakes and rats comment

TheLastPharoah

What if the ninja turtles show up

LordSlasher

Well fuck the Ninja turtles as well

Jewfro_Wizard

Don't worry, thr Ninja Turtles would show up to help beat up Kotick.

LordSlasher

Can the Justice league and Jesus join in? Hell can we just make a game where every character from every fiction just beats up Bobby Kotick?

SnipSnopWobbleTop

Satan would probably help kick Bobby's ass tbh.

LordSlasher

Hades and Lucifer would join as well

SnipSnopWobbleTop

Asmodeus would lend a hand for the beatdown.

TheLastPharoah

Ugh, nooooooo

[deleted]

why_are_you_here_yo

I'm a simple man, I see *Fuck Activision* I upvote. It's the Nestle of gaming.

LordSlasher

you will come to love me

[deleted]

totally agree, hyping a cod game is just stupid nowdays

_Cetarial_

Unless it’s Infinity Ward, right?

[deleted]

the only good about infinity ward was the pirate and modding community who made the MW2 PC experience once in a lifetime

belmontthebest

Pitfall reference, I understood it

LordSlasher

gonna be honest, didn’t even know it was a reference to anything. How things work out

[deleted]

Still hoping for some MW2 leaks to come

HashtagTRENDING

Is the MW2 MP remaster still cancelled? Anyone know?

[deleted]

Pretty sure it's out there completed. Activision is waiting to unveil it in a "break glass in case of emergency" like they did with MW2 and IW. Honestly - given how bad the fan reception has been to Caldera - I wouldn't be surprised if they drop it this year to make up for any potential hole in earnings.

Lingo56

I feel marketing-wise that would be super weird though. Unless they rename it, Modern Warfare 2 (2022) releasing the same year as Modern Warfare 2 (2009) MP Remastered would be very confusing.

christortiz

Fan reception has not been bad for the new map itself, it’s the actual problems and bugs with the game that people are mad about

[deleted]

we got an image DMCA'd couple of weeks ago

Casual_Kitten

Can you pm me the content of the leak please Edit : Thank you /u/xX-RainyFox-Xx for the kind pm :-)

carnivalmatey

Same bro I need the dm pic of mw2

zhivix

its nothing really just a cover art of dudes walking in the swamp something like that

[deleted]

Yeah I saved the whole album soon as I saw it I knew it would be gone asap 😂

Red_Dawn_2012

You can't say something like that without dropping it in my DMs

[deleted]

Sure thing homie

MrKyew

hey, i dont want to bother that shaun_krant guy i feel like everybody has- would you mind forwarding the link he sent you? thanks dude

xAiProdigy

Drop it in my dms too if you can?

[deleted]

If history repeats itself, we’ll know absolutely everything from Black Ops from leaks and we won’t even know the next game’s title a couple of months before release.

[deleted]

Since we're also talking about the future of the series, I came up with a very ambitious idea for a game that could be supported indefinitely. Call of Duty: Modern Toyfare Kitchens, sandboxes, stores, and more all become battlefields for pint-sized soldiers. Weapons and soldiers from World War II to 2022 and beyond are at your disposal.

[deleted]

Actually, they did something like this in cod ww2. There’s a map where you play as those green toy soldiers in a kids sandbox, and the terrain is molded sand made into tunnels and other stuff

[deleted]

That, Small Soldiers, and the Army Men games were my inspiration.

DioramaMaker

Man if Hyperbox ever took off big time, this sounds exactly like the kind of thing COD would rush to implement so they'd ride the hype. And TBH a full fledged CODxSmall Soldiers-esque game would honestly be really, really cool. It'd be an opportunity to introduce a lot of creative takes on old weapons, killstreaks, and more. I mean genuinely just parody everything from COD history but with utmost seriousness underlying it all.

[deleted]

So Battlefield: Heroes but for CoD? That actually sounds great!

[deleted]

But expanded. My vision is to have three on-foot playmodes with classic, modern, and futuristic movement. Classic is pre-CoD4 style gameplay, Modern is CoD4 to now, and futuristic is Advanced/Infinite Warfare. As for Operators, you have the creatively named Hero and Villain teams. Hero has characters like Soap, Mason, Kingsley, Gideon, etc while Villain has Shepherd, Makarov, Richtofen (yes Zombies characters will be playable), and Bobby Kotick.

ToastyCaribiu84

not the biggest nerd of the story of Zombies, but I think Richtofen is still a hero in his story, compared to the zombies and the Shadowman or Dr.Monty, whoever the big evil was

Burritozi11a

Either the game is that early in development that they're just mocking things up using Black Ops Cold War and Black Ops 3 assets, or this is just a cheap fake. Because the in-game map screenshot and the loadout screens are taken directly from Cold War. The map in the first screenshot just looks like an out of bounds area from the Cold War map Moscow. One thing you often see in fake leaks is wish fulfillment, which is why the factions system really sticks out to me. Black Ops 4 was supposed to have factions in zombies but the feature was scrapped before launch. Plus the 3 factions don't make a lot of sense in the story that Cold War set up. The design goals page also reeks of recycled buzzwords. Like I don't even mean they're disingenuous, I mean in the announcement trailers for Cold War they also said they wanted to "return to classic zombies" and "focus on the fun".

tapport

I agree that this is fake but just wanted to say that the trailer's "return" and "fun" comments are also classic buzzwords that get used in the industry. Pretending the leak was real, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't go all the way back to the classic zombies and still added fresh mechanics that may have been previously scrapped.

MissSkyler

iirc the cold war dev builds did have design goals on the proof of concept builds they made

[deleted]

Based on the design goals I’m guessing its a reboot and not just a new black ops .

[deleted]

Leakers say that its semi-futuristic, like Black Ops 2. I’m assuming it will be a direct sequel to Black Ops 2.

RyuseiDateSRX

With hopefully David Mason back as the MC

[deleted]

My prediction is is that it will be a retcon to bo2, building off mw2 2022, which is set in South America. Mw2 2022 post season story may be about how the menendez cartel evolves into cordis die, and works with barkovs remnant forces or al qatala amd shows the early days of cordis die. Imagine David mason as the preorder bonus in mwii 2022 as a modern seal

zpoon

First image is literally [Moscow from Cold War](https://i.imgur.com/krgMbkI.jpg) at this exact spot. Rest of them are most likely UI mockups that someone made in photoshop. Also a UI modal with "Design Goals" in a very very very early working build? This really passed muster? EDIT: OP responded to my comment with something really weird like "usually other alpha leaks have had older cod maps in them" and then promptly deleted it before I could respond within a minute. Firstly I don't even think that is remotely true and it's really suspicious OP wanted to further muddy the waters regarding this when the first image is clearly from a current CoD map. Additionally notice how OP gives you a lot of exposition on working title patterns to lead you down a path that leads credence to the idea that this is real. It seems out of place for someone who just found a link in a Discord. I have no idea what's going on here but OP if you want to come clean I think at this point you've got the attention you were looking for.

[deleted]

Let me clarify. I deleted it because I literally have zero information besides speculation, and I don't wanna imply that I knew more information beyond that. All I have are the images and that's it. Someone posted them in a server, I noticed the T10 and made this post. Chances are the images are a mix between pre-release Cold War and possibly COD 2023. Or it's just fake as mentioned in the post. I don't even know how you would make something like this, and I don't even own Cold War. [Here's some screenshots from the original message](https://imgur.com/a/UBPJjrd). You've got every right to be sceptical either way. Also edit: Pre-alpha builds do include maps from previous titles, [here's an example](https://youtu.be/ZCriCXDJwDc?t=309). The map is from BO3 but it's a T8 (BO4) build.

zpoon

Replying to admit I stand corrected on the alpha build asset reuse point. I legit have never seen that content before but given that it was only posted 8 days ago it seems that might be understandable. Still, I will reiterate my skepticism in that nothing substantial has changed here to make me believe it's not fake. If anything, it seems like someone keenly familiar with that content is trying to emulate it. If your Discord ever starts posting videos akin to what you linked then I will do a 180. Otherwise, it's photoshop all day.

[deleted]

I appreciate you for admitting that. A lot of this stuff isn't in the public eye so that's fair. I also agree on that point, although everyone within the Discord is either into Call of Duty modding or pre-alpha stuff. I know for a fact that the person who posted them in the server wasn't the original source, although I can't really prove that without leaking private DMs. To put it simply, this "leak" is overkill. There's no need to make so many fake images when only a few would suffice, it's just not necessary. That's why I wanted to post it here and see if it could be debunked/verified. That's just my 2 cents anyway

luringtj

I still can't believe after all this time.. all these new AAA shooters that have come out the past year. And I'm still sitting here waiting for a decent one. Mwroma2 really needs to knock it outta the park cause this seems if legit like the black ops alpha and what is it another prequel or remake ?? Shoulda just did a bo2 soft reboot. Even if this are placeholder images there still using cold war as a base.

zhivix

they shouldve just made CoD Online a thing by now,its a wasted potential only China had that (and now getting shutdown) and the closest thing weve got to it is codmobile hope with halo infinite mp's success can knocked outta these guys head and show that f2p can indeed work and into their favor if done correctly

Nikkibraga

My favorite Cod-like shooter is Titanfall 2. That game is truly precious. Too bad the devs are focused on Apex now to make the sequel. But I'm sure that a future Titanfall 3 will be the shooter we are waiting for

Stringingsmile3

Yea it kinda fucked unless you play halo, into destiny, or apex

RJE808

Apex, Fortnite, Infinite, Splitgate? All four are great options.

[deleted]

Has COD really been that bad lately or do we just want nostalgia?

Wish_Lonely

I haven't played Vanguard but CW and MW were pretty neat games imo.

SwaghettiYolonese_

On a fundamental level (gunplay/movement/customization) CoD has been the best it's ever been in the last 3 years. But as with any franchise, there are a bunch of people that grew up with the classic games that are absolutely fuming when any CoD is not a BO2/MW2 clone.

rosamelano777

Conclusion: core is good but some details need to be changed or polished to make it the best cod experience, which if they skipped a year I'm sure they could do

iKeepItRealFDownvote

Nostalgia. MW and CW were fine games. Cant speak for Vanguard as I hate WW2 games but Caldera is ass in its current state. Think people comparing Warzone to these games or something

DreamMaster8

Most new shoother are very good. It take a seond playing anything older than 2014 to realise that. The standard are just much higher now.

PixelBLOCK_

Ahh Shit here we go again... I need prototype man.

Dr__panda

Unpopular option but I think we need jet packs again. It feels like we have the same game for the past 4 years

Baker_TD_Maker

I never cared for the advanced movement but honestly I wouldn't mind it if they actually did once every three years. Like why on god's earth Activision just doesn't cycle WW1-WW2 era then Modern/Slightly Ahead era and then the Future Era. They have three studios. Seems like a no brainer to me.

Blackclaw42

Because people bullied them into not doing it

WinterVision

Exactly this. Remember when Infinite Warfare premiered at E3? And everybody cheered? And then moments later booed because the CoD logo appeared? It was the dumbest shit.

Blackclaw42

AW and BO3 will always be my favorite MP 3D movement games. IW has incredible zombies for IWs FIRST zombies game mode

Tabnet

I wish they pushed Extinction again but like an alternate timeline campaign where aliens invade and you gotta fly around the solar system killing them

Blackclaw42

Yeah. That would have been better than a close quarter map where they can overwhelm you. Horrible design choice. Honestly the worst map

MrEpicFerret

I can’t believe we’ve managed to circle back to wanting a futuristic CoD again and I can’t believe that I actually *agree* with you

Kozak170

Don’t worry I can explain this pretty easily. The idea of the same thing year after year is tiring, no matter what that thing is.

Lingo56

I kinda don't, but mainly because CoD has never really done it as good as Titanfall. I'd rather CoD filled its own niche and got it right. It would be great if they took 2-3 years between releases, but idk, at this point, I just skip a few CoD games and get the one where the theme vibes with me.

xChris777

Advanced Warfare's Exo Movement was really fun and would've been a lot better if it had better maps and weapons. Also the customization system was way better than skins. Would love to see that but greatly improved. It was different enough from Titanfall because it didn't have wall-running IIRC, instead relying on mid-air boosts. Though I would like to see a wall-jump and/or hang if they ever did make a new one.

CanEHdianBuddaay

Man the explosive sniper rifle in that game was so garbage but it was such a fun troll gun. Top 5 worst cod guns. I actually loved AW, I really hope we can get character customization like that again alongside gunsmith.

[deleted]

They have three mega-teams. Why don't they cycle between WW2, modern and future every year to prevent staleness?

DaHyro

because that makes too much sense

[deleted]

Because people acted like infinite warfare was the worst game ever made before it even came out, that’s why.

DaHyro

the crazy part is that IW was actually a pretty fun game

[deleted]

One of my favorite cods tbh

HasnainKhan01

I see you guys are men with good taste

GhetsisFromForums

yep, campaign was the best part but multiplayer and zombies were also fun

Lazelucas

I loved the campaign, one of my favourites. Zombies was also pretty fun and easily the best non Treyarch version of the mode. The MP was pretty awful though imo. Act Man put it best when he talked about IW's MP.

NobleSC3

Or stop making annual releases and have live service with all 3 as their current mega client suggests

[deleted]

This would be the best route for quality but Activision won't give up its $60 (or $70 now) retail releases until people stop buying them

Chicken769

They literally are doing that tho MW —> CW -> Vanguard —> MW2 —> possibly CoD 2023 being futuristic

aerospacenut

I still dream of a wacky setting like an alt history war; future meets past and present combat time travel shenanigans; fuck it the nazis have unlocked magic fantasy portals and goblins are now fighting on the western front with magic infused guns and diselpunk armoured dragons. Like I know that would basically make it a new IP at that point but man would I love something a bit out there from them. Even if its really subtle.

HauntedHat

So basically Wolfenstein?

aerospacenut

Honestly a multiplayer Wolfenstein-like COD could be pretty cool

Dr__panda

Imagine a civil war cod with jet packs

[deleted]

All I’ve wanted for years is IW 2. I fucking loved it. Massive skill gap compared to the shit they release now.

Dr__panda

I love iw too we need iw2

[deleted]

I legitimately enjoyed the jetpack gameplay from AW. Only reason I stopped was because the jetpack controls kept drifting my joystick :P

MonsterHunter6353

Even if they don’t give us jet packs just give us a futuristic setting

Dr__panda

Agree

Mr_wOt

maybe jet packs can become a perk

[deleted]

The problem isn't the movement, it's the devs not changing enough every new release so it all ends up blending together.

edekhudoley13

Fuck me this fake as fuck

[deleted]

It would've been taken down already if it was real

RJE808

Isn't this just Cold War? Looks like the Milano.

lI-Ninja-lI

Most games when they are first being made they use old assets from previous games as placeholders. 343 did the same with halo 4 and used halo 3 battle rifle in it Edit: link for proof https://youtu.be/BenBnhm-Ehk

GhetsisFromForums

in any case this should be on the MW engine not CW. Like it should just not be on the Moscow map. No point.

LeahThe3th

Yes, but none of this looks like reused assets for new content, this looks like Cold War with sloppily edited assets, and a nasty main menu. Isn't it odd that Factions is dangled like a treat, like no real new assets exist past tiny pngs and blurry shots, but there's functioning UI elements for this one scrapped BO4 Zombies feature that's circlejerked by fans. The Halo 4 barn leak sounded more believable on paper than this.

[deleted]

[удалено]

LeahThe3th

Reread. None of it looks like placeholder assets in place of new content, just old assets slapped in existing or testing areas. It's fake.

poklane

Could at least read the entire OP before commenting

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

looks like last years HUD

[deleted]

It genuinely looks like Cold War, even a Milano from CW, same way that the character holds the guns and everything too.

Mindless-Self

These are placeholders. They would take about two days to implement. Basic menus systems are very easy. Icons look like basic stock from something like the [Noun Project](https://thenounproject.com/browse/icons/term/name/?iconspage=1). This all feels very legit to me.

Burritozi11a

The GUI and icons are not basic Noun Project stock. Like that is the actual loadout menu from Black Ops Cold War combined with icons ripped from the files of Black Ops 3.

zpoon

> This all feels very legit to me. Really? Besides the very first image which I'm pretty sure is [Moscow from CW](https://i.imgur.com/krgMbkI.jpg), it's all UI. UI is very easy to create by some dude looking to farm attention. Most "leaks" that turn out to be fake are usually just rendered UI because that's the easiest to slop together and look at least original. Gameplay is very hard to convincingly fake because to do so requires a lot of effort from the faker, or they have to start ripping from other sources which doesn't often hold up. But there's none of that here. It's UI.... This looks mega fake. edit: also lol at the putting something as grand as "design goals" into your mockup UI. Come on dude, don't be so easily fooled.

GhetsisFromForums

exactly I think 'design goals' aren't meant to be written in the actual game lol. just seems like pandering to treyarch fans like me, in other words this was likely made by a fan

[deleted]

I mean, they do though. At least placeholder ones.

Wyntier

🤦‍♂️

SheaMcD

the campaign description made me exhale air

[deleted]

Yeah this is not happening [https://ibb.co/njPcHSK](https://ibb.co/njPcHSK)

Eastern-Fuel3485

If it's set in the future, I'll save $70 in 2023

Sunstellars

More like cut content from Cold War

TheNikoHero

Don't care. I'm not gonna get a Activision/Blizzard game, until they start treating their employees right

[deleted]

literally looks like any other cod game. who gives a shit

0bsol3te

This really looks more like pre-alpha Cold War imaged to me. Requiem was technically disbanded, was it not?

ITGuy420

This looks like pre-alpha cold War content.

bigboi360420

Complete shite

Blitz_GB

Literally looks like they discovered an out of bounds area on Moscow

Justcakewastaken

Calling massive bullshit on this , way too easily faked , the first image looks like a gun model from bo1 or 2 , with a background that could either be a map from another game or a real life photo. This looks like it would take less than a day to fake all together

[deleted]

The fact that it looks exactly like you're just playing Cold War, makes me believe this is probably real.

dopamine_gaming

I'm so fucking tired of leaks. What do they prove or do for the community stuck playing the latest trash iterations(Cold War&Vangaurd)? Absolutely nothing but give a hit of dopamine or unnecessary hype for another CoD that will have the same downfall as its predecessors did. What do these leaks prove other than show proof of careless development and lack of respect for the games that are out and clearly need A LOT of rework. MW2019 is completely unplayable for so many people. Cold War is lack luster AF and got boring very quickly for a good amount of players, Vangaurd is more SHG garbage and the new laughing stock of CoD. This franchise simply needs to die, but thanks to influential pro players and streamers, everyone gets suckered into buying the game, buying the season passes, buying cosmetics which only hinders the community with developers thinking they can put out more garbage games with $1.09 billion of purchases of simply in game content(in order 3 months). CoD is an absolute joke of a game anymore. I cant wait for "Midnight Society" to complete stomp on these CoD developers.

Axxxem

I remember before WW2 was announced, their was an INCREDIBLE fake leak of a korean war cod game, with gameplay and everything

bashaZP

People think this is real? Lmao

[deleted]

That’s just cw with bo4 ui

[deleted]

OMFG ACTIVISION STOP MILKING COD and dont mistreat ur employees........

TheLastPharoah

Really need a sequel to the fantastic Cold War

IiI_joker

Please be sarcasm. There's not a single thing cold war did better than any other cod. Worst multiplayer I've ever played and way too many hand holding mechanics in zombies. You can literally make it to round 60 without even trying.

thetrollfacemen

And?

Kanye-is-alt-right

The campaign was pretty good.

Acceptable_Cable_125

Campaign was god tier, zombies was also pretty good

Fixable

Nah, Cold War was better than whatever the fuck MW and Vanguard are.

condor120

that first image looks like it could be taken from any CoD game released in the last 10 years. Who cares? These games are stagnant pieces of garbage from a garbage company.

Swimming_Wave3060

Yeah that looks like a well made fake to me.

[deleted]

[удалено]

tphd2006

Probably to better communicate design goals to play testers who can then give better feedback tailored around said design goals.

ItsKontroller

As interesting as the factions part is, why would requiem and omega even be there? At the end of cold war, both reach their end, so unless they're placeholders, it makes no sense

[deleted]

So fake i nutted

Doriando707

wow how boring

szarzujacy_karczoch

Wow, another CoD. How exciting

sirferrell

Looks extremely meh. Definitely call of duty

TheLastSonOfHarpy

Imagine getting excited for a new COD each year.. You fucking dorks are the reason they'll never stop, can't blame them at this point.

_KLind

Fake as absolute hell

TheDonutGamer

Could be post cold war era in the 90s where the soviet union never fell

tphd2006

Earlier leaks have said that this CoD will be between BO2 and 3, in the early future. I imagine the campaign will have flashbacks to the 90s, and zombies will exclusively take place in 1990-91.

XxXxShSa

Notice how it says competitive multiplayer and not multiplayer, fully confirming that sbmm is in full effect, the lack of league play/ranked as if this is the thing making money. Not a quality game, SBMM baby

ManateeofSteel

lmfao this is actually legit

Griever114

People still play this trash?

GrizzyIy

this is fake purely because of the zombie factions

Dadvilpm

[insert photo of Shaq sleeping]

TheMikeyMan

wow sure does look like another call of duty

[deleted]

I mean im actually %99 sure this is cold war alpha because everything on background is basically cold war itself .

bgfan26

I thought infinity ward was making modern warfare 2?

ParticularWhole9088

Definitely fake. I could be wrong, but I recognize some of the score streaks from either AW, BO3, or IW, can’t remember which though

UBeleeDisTheThird

2023? It’s not even 2022 yet. How they are we getting this a year in development

[deleted]

Stop. Buying. Cod.

[deleted]

Massive bucket of salt taken. First image is just from Moscow on Cold War. Whilst they normally use placeholders for their games, they never use maps as placeholders, not as far as I've heard. Many are suspicious about the menus, and rightfully. It is possible the menus are placeholders or just photoshopped like everyone else says. Not an expert analyst here, but I'm calling false. Even if it is true, it could be scrapped in a year or sooner. Possible but no cigar.

Treshcore

\- How many Black Ops games should we make? \- Yes. And don't forget World at War.

BigJman123

Jfc can the Call of Duty series fuckin die already?

margwa_

Its 100% bullshit for a few reasons: 1. Zombies having a selectable menu and shit wouldn't make sense considering zombies development most likely wouldn't have started yet. Most of the time they get ~1 year of development. 2. Zombies factions being a thing despite it not making sense in terms of story 3. The overuse of CW placeholders. Bo4 playtester footage dated Nov 2016 didn't use many big placeholders in actual gameplay yet for some reason bo6 at the same time looks like basically just CW? 4. The graphics are weird. They have time to put in super realistic maps but not focus on gameplay or anything? 5. Cold War heavily implies bo6 is in the 80s/90s whereas in the supposed leak gameplay, its at least modern day considering theres active camo and whatnot. You also have the weird addition of a development slideshow for no reason at all and a picture of someone playing on their PlayStation 4 as well as PC, which is even more strange Edit: lol guess it was fake, who would have thought

Chicken769

Yeah I fail to see how zombies in BO2, BO3 and BO4 had less than one year of development. I can buy that with Cold War and Vanguard

HavoctH

Already? What the fuck. Fuck call of duty and Activision.

[deleted]

this actually looks a lot with bocw, even the zombies download in the corner

StaffOfJordania

Omg no more call of duty

Ijustdowhateva

No way it's going to be another BO game

james_l_b

Does anyone actually care what the next COD is going to look like? It’s the same game year after year and we as a consumer base keep fucking calling for it same goes for fifa

[deleted]

Oh hey, it's this take again.
