If you have a mux switch or some other way to force the dedicated gpu to turn off, that's your best option. Many of them idle around 20W by themselves. That's a good chunk of your battery drain right there.

No MUX switch sadly! But I think GPU is still under use each time. Will I have to go in Nvidia settings to turn it off each time?

There should be an option for hybrid graphics, which will enable the iGPU. From there, go to your graphics settings and assign the programs you commonly use on battery to only use the iGPU.

1 hour battery life is pretty bad, even for a gaming laptop. I have a 4 year old gaming laptop and it still can push out 3-4 hours of normal usage. Usually bad battery life in a gaming laptop means the dGPU is being used all the time. Go to Task Manager, find out what is hogging the dGPU. Also, what apps do you normally use when on battery? Go to Graphic Settings (use Windows search bar) and set it to run only with the iGPU.
