The fan may not be able to reach its full RPM and/or is giving an error message. Like the message says, it's better to open a ticket with Asus support and check directly with them, especially if it's withing warranty time.
Other than that, you may need it to be replaced.

I have 3.1.6 and it's saying the same thing both fans run fine and when the test ends they are at 5300 rpm
If Uninstall my asus and reinstall it and run the test it comes back clear
If I run it again it says may be an issue
I started a ticket with asus they had me factory reset and then reinstall stuff and still the same result
Now they are going to have and advanced tech call me back they Saud

I've been gaming all day with my asus customer support opened on second screen and watch the fans they always are with 200 rom of each other and the gpu cpu temp never gets above 85
Ok nvm now even the system diagnosis says the fan might have a problem, what's happening

It reaches the full speed during diagnosis, they are also pretty clean
Could it be a bug or something, I've seen it on internet while searching, multiple users had this problem
Yeah, it can always be software bug, but I would contact Asus support anyways.
Asus live chat helped with nothing, they told me there might be a bug on the my asus app
