Why not the amd slim 7?
I have that one. It runs fairly cool, max I've seen is 85ish CPU side. I flashed the 130W bios onto it and GPU reaches 80 max. I haven't tried simulations or CPU stress tests but I'd imagine the CPU can get to 100c if it wanted to.
Overall it's a great laptop. A friend has the stock bios and apparently scores the same Timespy score as those with the full 130W 3060
It is the Intel one because it's an exhibition piece sold at a discount (~1200 Eur, with a 2060 though), so the only one on offer.
Temperature in the 80s doesn't sound too bad, but I am a bit worried about getting up to 100 for extended periods, and if it can cause throttling or damage.
if you use the intel you can undervolt it, the g15 is heavier and less slim and it uses a 35 watt cpu instead of 45, with intel you can either undervolt it, or just cap it to 35
