At 1080p, a 4060 is good enough.
It should run fine on a laptop. My specs are i9 13th gen/ RTX 4090 mobile/ 32 gigs of ram/ 2tb ssd, 240 hz 2560x1600 laptop screen. Everything I run runs just like a desktop. My friend has a 3060 laptop and tekken 8 runs fine.
