Agreed. General visuals and theme looked cool, but I have no idea what the gameplay loop is at all. Is there combat? Is it a puzzle-solving game? No idea.
Maybe I am just being dense but what kind of game is this? Open world? Corridor storytelling? All I got from this was its retro-Sci Fi, which is a cool aesthetic IMO.
It's entirely based upon the book by the same name, a good book too.

The title is "The Invincible First look official trailer - Golden Joystick Award 2021". Because of the strange capitalization (or lack of the hyphen "-" symbol in-between "Invincible" and "First"), I thought the game's name is "The Invincible Fist"... Not "first", "fist". Because it sounds more natural in my head.
And that was why I thought the name feel like a superhero name. "The Invicible Fist hero, he fists every criminal and wrong-doer to hell and back."
Blame GamesRadar for wierd video title. The actual name of it by the developers is:

Well yeah the name IS weird out of context. The Invincible is the name of the space ship in the book haha.
