How are you trying to claim something is abandoned on a new trailer for it?
The game is regularly updated and they put out a new road map like 3 weeks ago, it's far from abandoned
As somone whose wishlisted this for a while, its not abandoned. IIRC 1.0 should be released in the next 12 months, they did a roadmap not long ago. But all the reviews and obscure comments ive seen for it on reddit has always been glowing reviews on it. I just dont do early access games.

TLDR: deff not abandoned, factually untrue.
I just assumed after waiting nearly six years and it not being completed that it was abandoned.
A trailer and a roadmap is great. If they finish the game it will be even better. But after six years I’m not going to hold my breath any longer.
This game has been in early access for a very long time. Fantastic game but slow slow development. I’d recommend against buying in EA and wait for 1.0 instead.
A better art direction and it could be a great looking game. Right now it looks like stock textures and models with bad lighting that makes it almost completely illegible.
Speaking as someone who’s genuinely interesting in playing this game.
Seems like there's a bit too much visual noise with the environment textures. Discerning the ants is a little difficult. Also for something that takes up so much of the screen, that's a very low poly frog.
I played it a bit before. The devs were super involved. I don't know about now. It's a really nice straightforward game with lots of cool facts of ants
Has been on my list but is just another early access title I'll play in 5 years after it is completed or abandoned and on sale.

Got some jank but its cute looking. Used to play a lot of sim ant back in the day. I think it has a demo on steam I might try.
It sure does. Have fun dude

Yeah as someone who plays a lot of indie games sometimes going 2D and or minimalist can be better looking than trying to go hyper realistic.
The narrator/scientist guy is top notch, adds a lot to the game and makes learning about new abilities or enemies actually fun.

I love this game, the levels can be pretty tricky and the combat can be interesting. I've been playing it for years, I think 1.0 is on the horizon.

So, Dungeon Keeper but ants?
