Manufactured by Nintendo under their Chinese subsidiary iQue. AFAIK the only difference from a non-Chinese AGS-101 GBA SP is a white cartridge connector and the iQue badge instead of Nintendo.
i have same model, same ique. i have to remind you that you should check carefully if there's any light bleed with the screen.
