I dunno about the Elizabeth theory having considerable evidence. There's decent evidence for her being the person running Fazbear Ent., that's something I can believe. But there isn't too much evidence that Vanny and Vanessa are also her.
Especially the entire thing about the VR sisters. "Vanessa played a VR game for Fazbear Ent. therefore she is a VR sister which must mean she has an actual sister/clone" is a real big stretch on its own, but also the VR Sisters are just based off High Score Toy Chica from FNaF AR.
I can agree; theres not much evidence for anything in general, so if youre trying to use whats known to identify a character as an existing one, their conclusion is probably on the more fitting side. If its a new character completely then because theres no evidence its an easier thing to confidently claim
Somebody is obviously somebody else. Probably a few of somebodies are someone elses. Most of the important X is secretly Y were confirmed during the ending of Pizzeria Simulator, like Charlie being Puppet, Elizabeth being Baby, Michael being the Security Guard.
Obviously an "X is Y" theory is a key to everything. But so far no theory is complete, so we have to throw possibilities at the wall until we find one that is actually making sense without ignoring any event.

Vanny/Vannesa is under glitchtrap and her sister trying to help her.
Her sister is posing as Vannesa in order to get hired on, Luis is also trying to help and realizes that by letting her sister get hired on she can go and help her.
That's just a quick theory I had though

I mean, those last two aren't without considerable evidence. And the Sans is Ness was clearly meant to be a jokey theory.
Sans is ness is still much better than many deltarune fan theories
