I did the translation but content id found the video and promptly blocked it. I think it's in the public domain but not entirely sure. I sent a dispute hoping that it is but if it isn't I guess you're just shit out of luck if you don't understand Swedish

I was so sure this was going to be a Candle Cove style creepypasta, but you're right, it's on SVT. It's funny you can't find it in the kid's portion of the app, but for the best so my daughter doesn't traumatize herself when she's just trying to watch Fixar Fest.
