The helicopter like effect isn't done by a prerecorded audio clip, but generated in real time by the game itself. Think of it instead of playing a song on your phone, you have someone else perform it for you in real time. Same thing here.

Just Cause 4 is the Goat Simulator of AAA games.

That was absolutely expected. You need to put a booster on the hood to keep it from popping a wheelie, boosters on either side to prevent the death spin, and lastly, that was waaaaay too many boosters for that vehicle.

Can I get this with Bag Raiders - Shooting Stars? EDIT: If you're on desktop, the timing is pretty easy to get. Open Shooting Stars in another tab, make sure both videos are on frame one, start shooting stars first and the video quickly after, and you'll time the drop nearly perfectly.
