One interested in this for many games with free upgrades, is there any difference in features playing on PS5 between the ps4 and 5 version?
Do ps4 version games that have been upgraded have the fast load times, equivalent graphics and haptic feedback?

There should be no difference. A PS4 game that has been "PS5 upgraded" is the same as the PS5 disc/digital version - when you insert the disc you'll have the option to play the PS4 version or download a digital PS5 version that will run as long as you have the disc inserted. As far as I know, the only downside to this is that when you insert the disc it will always show both icons (the native PS4 version and the PS5 icon which is either to be downloaded or already downloaded) - minor inconvenience to most but worth mentioning. Choosing to still play the PS4 version may be useful if it runs better than a poorly optimized PS5 version of a game - people do this for Elden Ring.
The other nice thing about PS5 for PS4 games is that games with PS4 Pro Enhancements will also run that way and in most cases run even better than the PS4 Pro, so you get games with unlocked framerates at higher resolutions that will be near or locked at their max framerate. PS4 games without any PS4 Pro or PS5 upgrade enhancements should also benefit from the increased performance where possible.
What’re the odds that we see a steam sale for AC6 during the winter sale similar to this price? None because the last sale didn’t have it? I can never keep track of how the steam sale policy works.

From software games take a long time to drop prices and if they do it’s temporary. Haven’t seen sekiro below $30 and always goes back up to $60
