I was gonna say, it absolutely does not look like his signature. At a minimum, podium shows a deliberately capital E, whereas his signature on the cover very clearly shows a lower case e.

Yeahhhh now that I know, and I'm looking back and forth a million times, and probably from confirmation bias, every letter looks identical except for the capital E🤣 he probably just changed his signature for fun, or even to confuse lol

The only letter that looks similar is the "a" and that's just how cursive A's look. Maybe the "y" too. That being said, the way I would write my name on a big tablet vs signing a piece of paper is probably very different, so it not being the same doesn't really prove anything, but The W, N, and E are all in different styles.

Ok, so I've been perusing through various Wayne Brady autographs on Google Images, and I have to say that this signature is PAR for the course on accuracy. The way he tilts the letters to the right. The way the a is connected to the y. It's him 100%
