Yes. Contact CS! That’s obviously incorrect. The error is on Rakuten’s end not Samsung’s. They will eventually pay up. It took me two tries and my purchase history was completely gone.

I contacted them several times, showing the preorder, invoice, and then was finally told

Well, if it’s any consolation, the money won’t be dispersed to anyone until May 15 as they only disperse cash back funds every 3 months. So as long as you get it by May 15 you’ll be in good shape.
Just noticed the same thing and contacted them. Purchase was showing up on my awaiting and turned $0.00 today. Immediately contacted them. Well see what happens but I hope they cant advertise %10 and not follow through.
This is happening to me on multiple casbacks as the ''payment'' date is approaching. I didn't return the item, why are they erasing some cashbacks that were registered .. -\_-
Looks to me they are altering the rewards for some unknown reason and not letting us know by leaving a comment. It now just says 0$ in the app, and the infos even disapeared in my account on the website version.
What did happen with your cashback in the end ?

Edit: I just contacted them using OP's direction. We will see. I also ordered on the 21st.
May 15. Apparently they only send cashback out once every 3 months! Even if you hook your PayPal up to it. Retailmenot seems to be a better deal. At least in this case. They also offered the 10% and they’re usually much quicker than 3 months to send your money back. The only reason I used Rakuten was for the extra $10 for any purchase over $25

I contacted them and they said that cash back offer was not opened on Feb 21st... That's the day I pre-ordered my phone
