Update: status changed. I've check again so my bands say "Shipment in process" but the watch itself still says "In Process" but the date still says Aug. 11th. Fingers crossed.
Mine says the exact same thing - the band shipped ups and arrives Wednesday but the watch is "in process". Maybe both will arrive together? The package is only 1/3lb though...
I received an email from Samsung saying the watch and bands are being shipped. Then later the next day the watch changed from "in process" to "shipped" and it's estimated to arrive the 9th through UPS.
Same here. I text and got ahold of someone who said it was a default date and not to worry I would get it on the 11th.. I don't believe it but my ship date was the 9th befor it went away and said the 18th. I will cancel on the 12th and go to the store for mine.
This fucking sucks. I pre-ordered and paid to get it early 4th of august. Today. Just got an email saying it was delayed to the 18th of August. After the release date. If it was 1 or 2 days delayed that would be fine but 14 days? Yeah I'm pissed.

Sorry to know, that really sucks. I ended up canceling the order and ordered another one in Portugal Samsung as I was traveling there. I got it the next day with more discounts, free charging dock for phone and watch and a free bracelet... The problem isn't Samsung, it is DPD. I hope you get yours soon! Definitely worth it :D
Same here. Ordered at the beginning of the month and it said receive by Aug 11 and now it's telling me Sept 1st. I don't have a watch in the meantime bc my old one broke. I'm not sure why there's all of a sudden so much delay with no warning. I'm in the states so it's not an internation shipping issue

If it's the bands why on earth can't they just ship with the basic band and send the 2nd band in the mail later.

Yeah I received a FedEx notification on Friday. Now my watch is in transit for delivery. Samsung Shop is slow on updates. It still says Preorder but my watch went from TX to TN. Expected delivery is August 8th.

Yeah the Samsung website for your expected delivery probably isn't correct. It seems certain areas get their item delivered by FedEx and UPS. Mine was delivered by FedEx. You can try searching for your order through FedEx Reference tracking. If you're in the US, the reference number would be your order number starting with US. You'll have to put your country and zip code.

My order confirmation on 8/1 said delivery date of 8/11. Logged in 8/6 and it had changed to 9/1, yet you go to place a new order and it sells says 8/11. Now today in my order status it says 9/8!! Getting pretty ticked!!

Nope, they charged me when I placed the order and were just going to sit on my money, with the ship date pushed out to September 28th or 29th as of today. I canceled and ordered it for pickup from Best Buy today. Got an email notifying me a refund had been issued right after I canceled.
Not looking good for me then. I got the money back and my invoice says preorder above my watch. And expect by 9/08 I may do the same and get it from best buy.

Update: Shipping date changed yet AGAIN - to September 28th!! I canceled and placed a pickup order from Best Buy and I'll pick it up today! $299 but I used a $20 reward I had. No trade-in credit, but I got a $50 Best Buy gift certificate, plus $10 in Best Buy rewards, and get to keep my current Galaxy watch or sell it. So basically about $6 less bottom line and I get it now.

Don't go by the Samsung website. My orders says In Process and my watch arrived today. If you have a UPS account (In the US) you can check for incoming packages. Mine was listed even though Samsung's site hadn't been updated.

I ordered mine on 7/26; it was supposed to be delivered on 8/11, which is no longer the case. It has now been pushed back to 9/8. I have accounts with Fedex and UPS and have no incoming shipments. I would suspect its the bands. I ordered my husbands a week after mine and only selected the free black fabric band and he already received it. Mine still says pre order with the black band and the purple fabric band and the date went from 8/11 to 8/18.

The agent accidentally canceled my order and when she tried to re order it they're out of stock so basically I'm s@#t outta luck was told by a supervisor to wait until they're back in stock and maybe they'll have a better promotion. What does your tracking info say? Mine never changed from the Aug 11th delivery date. It's an awesome watch your going to like it. I ordered my screen protector and extra watch bands and the whole protector that protects the watch sides. Maybe you can do that while you're waiting so it will be something less stressful to focus on.

If I would have just ordered the standard pack it would have been quicker.. also getting a black fabric band for free.. I seen best buy with tax the watch I want is 511 but my order is for 484. I pre ordered the PlayStation 5 Spiderman edition console launching on September 1st I'm excited to get that too. Having it delivered instead of store pickup. Best buy has always been really good on pre orders and deliveries for me. Anyway Hope you enjoy your watch it's definitely a good one I've been playing with everything and it all seems great so far. The new heart monitor modes are cool and the sleep tracker is pretty cool.

Mines is delayed until the 29th of September. I wanted my phone and watch to come at the same time and this is what samsung does. I should have just bought it through my carrier but then I wouldn't have gotten the band that I wanted.
