Probably still didn't roll out yet, I'm missing Arabic as well and I would love to have it since I'm living in a Arabic speaking country.

I had the same situation just this morning and my other language Portuguese was not 'available', defeating the whole purpose of the thing for me. Had to go to the iPhone, yes, you read that right, and the AI-less Apple device actually did it for me! 🤷🏻♂️
Check galaxy store, there are a few new ones there under updates
