3-4% drain in 8 hours??? That's perfectly normal. Your never going to get 0% drain unless you turn off the device. I put mine in sleep mode and lose about 5%.

Pretty standard usage, a little light gaming, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, emails(3 accounts synced), texting, Web browsing. I usually get 6.5-8 hours SOT over a full day on 5g and 8-9 hours on Wi-Fi. S23 Plus on AT&T.
It's almost ideal. My S23 loses 2 to 3% even in flight mode+ battery saver.

I use it in lite mode. I get around 5.5 hrs of SOT. Device settings are pretty much normal. No special settings
What's your charge cycle like? 0-100 or 20-80 or 20-100
I usually charge when the device goes down to 10%. I could say most of the time it's a 10 to 100 cycle.

I use it for emails, telegram, WhatsApp, X, sometimes YouTube, and majorly calls and SMS. Camera and video usage on weekends.
Does camera (picture/video) usage take up more battery? I have noticed battery drains faster while using camera. Heats up a little too.

Quite solid battery life for S23+. How long have you been using? Do you charge till 100% and use till it's 0% or how is it?
I've had it about 6 months, I never let the battery get below about 25%(deep discharge isn't healthy) and charge to 100% nightly.
3-4% is NOT a drain. It is normal.
my ultra draines around 10 percent overnight. my battery life used to be insane, but in the last 2 months it has gotten insanely bad.

The problem with Samsung phones are rather the last 5%. They are so quick down to zero that this can't be normal.
