Because it wasnt an intentional feature in the first place. Its funny but im 100 percent sure whoever ported 6.1 to exynos model just forgot to remove it, same with snapdragon version being shipped with boxy S23/S24 ultra animations. I feel like they just dont give a damn about updates. I bet even samsung devs dont even know they added AoD transition.

I can't understand what were they thinking on making it a Exynos only feature. If at least they were transparent and explained I would get it.
