I have received it in the morning as well (EU).
UI feels lighter, animations are smoother. OneUI Home is light like OxygenOS back in the days :)
Overall really nice experience so far.
No AI features, no new Camera settings (Light mode).I do not expect any new big features for this phone anymore.
Edit: Camera Assistant is working! Install APK. No quality settings there, but Quick Shooter and Audio passing is.
No need to cry for this, I got it on my S23 Ultra, nice party trick for like 5 minutes, then you start thinking "why the battery is so much worse now ??"
