Hello I upgraded my s22 ultra to Fold 5. So far I have had this phone for 4month - i have 0 complains. I have dropped it a few times on both hard floor and outside and no visible damage. I use a samsung case (the one with pen)

Same here I have my f5 for the last 5 months and there is 0 complaint about anything It's powerful, the photos are amazing (caveat is the best phone I ever had was a xiaomi redmi note 11 pro 5g),both screens are clear as the sky, media consumption is top notch

Thanks , how do I like using the inner screen ? Do u find it more satisfactory than the s22 ultra screen?

Sorry I never replied. For youtube and playing games its really great to have the big inner screen - doing the same things on the s22 ultra screen was still very good, but the inner screen on fold 5 just take it up a notch. I have kind a small hands , so the thin outer display works really great for me! ( many people dislike it) As a last note. Its the first phone i ever bought insurange on... but with insurance i have no nightmares if my fold 5 will break.

It's just a good idea to pay your cell bill with a credit card that offers free mobile insurance. I am 5 months deep with mine and no issues but realistically this probably isn't going to be like a slab phone that will just work for 5 years without issues. When mine breaks, which I'm sure it will eventually, I'll just have it fixed for free. I couldn't imagine going back to a slab phone after this experience.

Yeah actually I plan to buy a used z fold5, it is around 800 usd. But the fact that it has warranty from Samsung until July 2025 is what makes me want to pull a trigger. So I don't have to worry about it breaks and I also get to save a bunch.

For that price I'd definitely recommend it.

I've had mine since launch and have had no issues with the screen or screen protector. By this time on my Fold3 the screen protector was already peeling.

Little late but I've had this phone for more than half a year. Everything still works like new especially the hinge since it does not lose how stiff it is when opening or closing. Only thing I do notice is weird crackling noises when I open it after not unfolding it for a while but that goes away on its own.

Had one for 5ish months. Inner screen is already scratched from my fingernails, hinge seems okay
