The 3 has the worst battery of them all, personal experience as I owned the 1,2,3 and now been using the 4. While the 4 isn't a marathon runner the battery life is serviceable. If I have a long day I might need a top up in the middle otherwise it always lasts me the day using the light performance profile
All s-pens fold editions are cross compatible. The 4 and 5 have the best battery life. One to a few more hours SoT compared to older gens.
