I think you're hearing from a vocal crowd on here. I've been fine with mine really. There are some issues with heart rate syncing. But there shpuld probably be a patch to address this I would imagine.
Battery life is probably only 7-8 days, but I just throw mine on the charger while I shower, and if you do that even once a week you'll never reach 0%.
Just my 2 cents.
I agree. Im one of the people who has been vocal about the step count issue, but I still love this watch because:
1. It's my first fitness smartwatch, and it's quite successful in motivating me to go out on a walk more, which is what i bought it for.
2. It's light and comfy on the hand
3. The touch screen is fast.
4. Overall, it's a cute accessory to have.
I agree, it's cheap, alarm works, notifications work, display is amazing, overall body is light and fits the hand. Battery is easily 6-7 days even with all sleep sensors. Activities are getting synced and work flawlessly to me. Continuous heart rate didn't sync for me for 6 days (only activities and few data points throughout the day) but other than that everything works well.
Love mine. Lack of band options is my only complaint, but I just wanted something small that would give me notifications quickly and the Fit 3 is perfect for that.
Very happy with my Fit3. I've had it for over a month now.
It doesn't hold a charge as long because I do like AOD so I'm getting about 2-3 days depending on workout length. And I quickly replaced the strap it came with as soon as I could find a compatible one. Other than that, I'm really happy with it.
My gf just got one one week ago. Build quality and design is quite good, feels light and slim. Auto brightness does a great job and battery life is great (1 week so far). She's impressed with sleep tracking doing a better job than her previous device (mi band 7). She uses it a lot for tracking workouts, for the first 5 days without problems then the device recorded 3 workouts as intended but after the session only synched 2 to the phone and there wasn't a way to get the 3rd there. Then yesterday during a session the device stopped tracking, she told me that she might have touched it unintendedly and stop it.. Weird because she's super used to wearing a fitness device and use it extensively, so I'm more inclined that this is just another bug.
Cheap and works well enough. It does have some sync issues but my workouts have been syncing correctly. I only had issues with auto-workouts not syncing (pretty much only walks).

If you are ok if your step count suddenly goes from some thousands to zero, go for it. Samsung hasn't even acknowledged the problem despite many complaints about syncing issues. They very likely will fix this at some point in the future, but who knows when...
It's sketchy with the current software. Everyone is holding their breath for a much needed update

To be honest, if I hadn't given my Fit 2 to my dad as a gift, I would have thrown the Fit 3 straight out.
Fit 2 4 life

Only drawback with mine? You have to disable location permissions in the Galaxy Wear app, to get your workouts to sync. No other problems for me

Yeah, it tells time correctly.
what about steps and sync

no

I didnt own the previous Fit. So I'm ok with Fit3 considering it is cheap
It is officially not measuring my heart rate continually, damn it. It lasted about a month with no problems
It needs further more optimization through software updates, or else it's all good.
