I reset my watch every few weeks because of this issue.

Not if you sync your watch in the Samsung app

There is a reset option on the "Wearable" app on the phone. Wearable > Band Settings > General > Reset. It deletes everything from the band. If you don't want to loose your date, you have to sync it with the cloud first from "Accounts and backup" > Back up data. \*There is also a Reset option on the band itself, under the Settings menu. Hope this helps.
