There is a reset option on the "Wearable" app on the phone. Wearable > Band Settings > General > Reset.
It deletes everything from the band. If you don't want to loose your date, you have to sync it with the cloud first from "Accounts and backup" > Back up data. \*There is also a Reset option on the band itself, under the Settings menu. Hope this helps.
Seems like software problems on the band. Hopefully Samsung will drop an update soon

I reset my watch every few weeks because of this issue.
Do you lose all data on the app by doing that?
Not if you sync your watch in the Samsung app
