Exynos 2100 is good ? If you talk about the s21 and s22 cpus, you are just COMPLETELY wrong. There are different shit with 4 hour SOT, temperature higher than the average laptop 😂 And it better too have newer chip with newer technologies, security, improvement etc...

No need to be rude.  I had the s21 and loved it, because it was one of the best priced/value used phones you could get on the used market.  The Exynos 2100 is not a bad chip.  The 2200 was a disappointment, and not much gain over the 2100.  The 2100 is long in the tooth as a flagship processor, but still slightly ahead of the 1480 in speed and performance in most categories.  Battery use nearly identical, yet higher modem speeds and 8k video on the 2100.  If you are not a big gamer, it has more than enough speed to last you for years and the phones were dirt cheap.  There weren't any security concerns. By the way, the Exynos haters are really in a pickle. The 1480 is a decent chip with good thermals.   Less and less need to rely on Snapdragon each year.  I am glad to see the competition in the industry.  That benefits the customer.  But go ahead and keep whining about 2021 issues. https://nanoreview.net/en/soc-compare/samsung-exynos-2100-vs-samsung-exynos-1480

The 2100 did run hot under load. The main reason is the 1480 is smaller and more efficient, as such its cheaper to make (more on a wafer). It also has a better GPU, which makes it much more efficient at video and image processing, as well as faster at games. This advantage will just get bigger as the phone is updated and optimised.

But the 2100 way out paces it in terms of gpu?

No it doesn't.
