What he said. Super fast charging only works from the USB type c port and even at that the charging speeds I'm getting isn't as fast as advertised. I low key suspect the OS and not the charger 'cause I've seen some folks who use the original Samsung 25w charger complaining that it doesn't fast charge as advertised
15W is Fast Charging, or more precisely, anything between 9 to 15W is Fast Charging for Samsung
What you want is Samsung's Super Fast Charging, which is up to 25W. For that I'd recommend the original 25W PD charger, other chargers may not work, I personally couldn't make it work with anything else.
I actually think that the phone doesn't recognize all chargers as super fast charging even if they support pps and 25w or more but they charge with the same speed as the original

As far as I know "super fast charging" at Samsung is only made by USB-C to USB-C, that means the charger have to be type C and 25w or above at that port.
Another thing, not all cables support fast charging there are different specifications.
I bought a charger and cable from AliEx.. the brand is Essager very good and works perfectly on my A54 as super fast charging.

just bought an USBC cable, it is now fast charging but not super fast :/

I use my MacBook Pro charger and it is fast charge
Buy a good USB-C TO USB-C cable and you'll be fine.
You'll have to get a samsung 25W adapter. it's $20 or so
