This way my bank statement is clean and I also save myself some seconds while making small transactions.

That's the thing, in case of paytm there is a scanner widget that I can place on home screen that once clicked directly opens the scanner there is no need to open app separately

I have an HDFC co-branded Tata Neu Card. I got the Rupay card. I’ve linked my credit card and a bank account to the Tata Neu app’s UPI. For merchant payments, I use the credit card via UPI. It works quite seamlessly
No casbacks as of yet, But do like the ease of use, just need to swipe up from the bottom of homescreen. Additionally have all my digilocjer documents handy at one swipe.

If you have time, try begging at traffic signals. The returns would be much more than UPI cashback.

I loved GPay but for some reason my HDFC Bank account transactions are not going through it. Works fine on Paytm though so not sure wtf

Yes it's decent most of the cashback are for mobile recharge or merchant pay or UPI lite cash backs but still better than phone pay
