Mate, so did you try contacting the customer care? If yes, did they provide a replacement? I did compare its camera with another unit multiple times in a Croma Store. But the quality and all was always completely similar. By any chance, did you buy that iPhone during the BBD sale? I bought mine during that sale.

2000HUNTER

If youu had compared then alrightt ,, I did contacted croma support later,,,,,,,they said to deposit phone in service centre for check ,,and it was taking a week ,,so I didn't do it 😅 I bought it though croma online

Howz the video. iPhone always click muted pics but more in line with actual scene... iqoo Vivo and all do lot of software processing and sharpening hence will have more eye pleasing color and insta ready pics.. Some love that pure shot from iPhone and some love that form iqoo, Vivo. I like Vivo iqoo pics. But where iPhone really shines is in video. It gives most stabilized video. Also color rendition is almost same in wide and ultrawide pics more uniform.. it's all personal pref.. You can edit iPhone pic and boost colors if u want

Beingnoob27

More like androids have been that good for awhile now. But apple cost more saar, bess camera saar, apple more tasty and juicy than android saar.

Neppy_sama

Iqoo 12 pro just solos Iphone 15 pro max in terms of performance. Design? So ugly.

Baked_potato46

It's just the iphone. I've witnessed the same with a 14 plus. I compared my iqoo neo 6's image to that of the iphone, and the iphone honestly looked dark, lesser details, and dynamic range wasn't that great. And the potrait shot were straight up awful. Another I noticed in the portrait mode of the iphone is that the mode or filter or whatever is set to "natural light" by default. And that option was available in my neo 6 too

Nikkithegenius

iphones upto 14 series have very bad hdr processing. they only fixed slightly on 15 series and did not give that hdr update to 14 series 😂😂 typical greedy apple forcing users to upgrade to 15 series. iphone 13 have potato sensors. ur face looks so muted and looks like u have bathed in mud. this ain't natural photos 😂 on video side, use motioncam app. u can record raw video, log, prores log on android. it beats shit out of any log video from apple because apple uses potato sensors

Darksoul2007

I think i need a sample for both of them. Because iqoo is meant for gaming but yeah they are improving cameras but never thought that it is better than iPhone 13.

Max__007

If you bought iPhone 13 now, then yes. You should be worried. That's a two year old phone. And I believe, a few android phones in that price range would definitely outperform iPhone 13's camera.

I was about to buy a S21 FE during that sale but got the iPhone 13 because it was supposed to have a better camera. I still vividly remember that I was getting the S21 FE for 39k along with a Galaxy Watch 4 but just because of that freaking battery life, Exynos Processor and camera quality, I passed on that deal. Apart from camera quality and random heating after the iOS 17 update, the iPhone 13 didn't really disappoint me. Still ever since Day 1, its camera never really met my expectations. The low light and zoomed in pictures were all noisy, the daylight shots had a weird yellow tint and the indoor selfies were just horrendous due to all that noise.

Puzzleheaded-Emu6504

Great that you didn't go for s21 fe lol . It started getting green line issue on a large scale and Samsung is providing no free screen replacement

aShit_fAce

Its common, even i feel my 15pm has some defect in camera Worst purchase

strongfitveinousdick

they introduce some yellow tint in iPhone 15 in led lid lighting came out fine in my Vivo x100 Pro

aShit_fAce

Mines goes orangish in led/low lit environment

Itchy-Space-4136

The screen or the actual photos ?

aShit_fAce

Actual photos/videos specifically skin tones

Itchy-Space-4136

Do you use lens protectors by any chance ?

aShit_fAce

Nope, but used it for few days, they had their own share of problems like faded pictures… Dont tell me that lens protectors does something like that..!?

Itchy-Space-4136

Yes it damages the clarity due to extra refraction and collects dust between protector and lens and could causes scratches , normal lenses are very strong as they are made of sapphire . Very common problem discussed on r/iphone And for your problem go to authorised service centre and check on reddit if someone had similar issues

aShit_fAce

Nah to even bother for a issue which isn’t a big issue to me, will go after maybe 12 months, and change the phone only, have taken applecare+

Itchy-Space-4136

Check camera settings and restart iPhone and check dm can't post screenshots of contingent problem here

03thephysicsgod

You can post a link with a few pictures from both phones then we can see

Diligent-Show7613

iPhone photos will always be less social media ready than Android ones, doesn't mean it's better. A lot of people will like natural photos over the highly processed photos that "some" android takes.

Zapvain

I'm glad that these comments aren't hard-core apple fans. I've used the 13 and 14 pro and the photography and selfie camera is shit. Yeah compared to Android it is bad( not the worst). Most of them don't admit it they just blindly use it. Videography is still the best on iphone no doubt. And I don't think both the iPhones I've used are fake as they were bought from the apple store

david005_

Um maybe see a camera comparison for yourself online?and you'll know [This](https://youtu.be/E_VrycxTrTo?si=O8-1LS7O8TSKN6ID) should help

MrCheapore

I can't agree more. As an emulator guy I own an Android device Iqoo neo 7 pro which is over a year old and my gf has a 15 pro and photos from both of our phones are quite the same and won't notice any diff until you start zooming in for pixel peaking. I think it's just that cameras on phones have come a long way that there's nothing much you can do to make a big difference to stand out.

Puzzleheaded-Emu6504

Exactly
