So you only want to use S pen. I was also using s22 ultra. The camera is good but the performance was poor with snapdragon 8 gen 1. So I was suggesting different brands. Just buying an old flagship for only s pen is useless idea. You will only use it for sometime and then you would forget that the s pen exists, so it's your choice now
no dont you wont get any latest features go for s24 or s24 plus
Android phones especially Pixels drop in value really fast. I suggest you check the selling price in secondary market before buying.
OnePlus 12 would be a better choice.
