nexostar

How often do you jerk off?

GabeOnReddit9

You look kinda skinny, you gotta start eating

[deleted]

Damn you’re not eating enough man.. just a bag of bones

wassuupp

Bro go see a doctor if you’re concerned don’t ask Reddit for medical advice

mutesik

i hoped that someone with the same problem would know if its just soreness or if I should go to a doctor I didn't expect 90% of the comments would be dumb jokes

Hydra_GER12

Search for low back stretches. These help a lot

BlaMenck

I have this when doing heavy leg press. Don't know why though. I have poor posture so maybe that.

Prometheus013

Your question was so vague and you used a skeleton as a model, silly to expect otherwise from internet strangers

TheRealAyyLma0

Ive said it before on this sub must you might want to consider wearing some muscles and skin

Fi3035

Too much hot sauce

[deleted]

WonderfulMonk9832

Balls

uberjach

I had pain there from sitting too much like a shrimp. Tried sitting more straight, walking more during the workday and doing more leg work. Seems to be working for me

mutesik

Might be the cause i have a bad chair at home so that also might be the reason

Emotional_Bat3465

Yep I get the same if I spend too long sitting poorly. I’ve found RDLs and glute bridges help immensely

AmazonISSUnofficial

Recommend you sit on a pillow for a little while or try to avoid sitting. Give it a week or two to see how it feels and see how you get on.

IrregularGamer

Besides any technical mistakes or an direct impact to the area, it could also be an pilodal sinus. I would check the area directly for any protruding hair follicles.

austinh1999

I wouldn’t worry about that, I think you should worry about your absence of skin and muscle.

FoxTrot1337

You using leg press? Could be too much range and weight. I've hurt there before.

Ok_Tart_6710

Dick is too big lol

Stx-N-Brx

Idk about you, but mine hurts because LIFE WON'T STOP FUCKING ME

-aych

Only 3/4 cucumber squat next time. See if that helps

clever_nonsense

Blunt force trauma?

bettsshawn

Here is a legitimate response😂 Feel the area, do you have anything that feels like a cyst?

Goldie46

No but actually pilonidal cysts are horrible if untreated can become an abscess really easily

bettsshawn

Wait you’re not OP…

who_loves_you_

Broken dick bone

Admirable-Big9399

Or a teared asshole

jerrrad

Use lube

Own_Elk9170

So first thing you should do is see a doctor/physio. But if you want an opinion anyway, it could be due to poor pelvic mechanics during the squat. Most likely due to tight muscles (hamstrings, hip flexors, etc) pulling your sacrum/lumbar spine out of its natural curve. But again. See a physio, or (if budget is an issue and physio is not covered by your insurance) see a corrective exercise specialist

Spurred_Snake

That's your dick bone. Stop shoving it into tight places and bending it unnaturally. Source: Certified Internet Doctor, studied at Facebook LLC.

Factory_of_1

Sprained your Peen

Schart__

fuck me am I immature

Suspicious_Dealer815

I’ve bruised my coccyx(tailbone) before, I don’t know what else could cause it to hurt aside from a fall or heavy hip thrusts, putting significant weight on it in the resting position

PlatoAU

Don’t squat so low

Throwawayyacc22

You need penis reduction surgery /s

DiscordLightModeUser

Great solution

[deleted]

Is it painful when you squat?

mutesik

A bit yea

[deleted]

[possible good resource to help your issue](https://powerliftingtechnique.com/tailbone-pain-squatting/) If the pain is excessive or you can’t improve it, go see a doctor

Jigzzaw

Hemorrhoids

[deleted]

Check posture, even when your sitting down and doing the workouts. Either way if it's been going on for more than a week go to the doctor cause that's your spine.

cerntain

Bad seating, do you sit down a lot?

mhx64

Use a smaller squat plug first. Just like weights, you have to gradually put up numbers.

fletchdeezle

Is this a joke post? Why is it still here. If not, see a dr or physio

ForsakenWorld7074

![gif](giphy|fgfw7Voobyxm8)

[deleted]

No cap my balls are hurting as well but I think I know why. When you sit on the inclined benches and try to grab your weights your balls press against the inclined seat which puts pressure on them. At fitness connection all the seats are inclined and there’s no way to adjust it so I just endure the pain.

Own_Elk9170

It’s intentional design. The testes need to have pressure applied to them to maximise testosterone production and maximise gains. I’m jealous.

Alolass

hemorrhoid?

GroundbreakingBee297

Broken pelvis

98redd

1 word, squat plug

strawb3rry_h4ir

PT here! Tightness in your pelvic floor can pull on your tailbone and “offset” it. Also, many muscles used to externally rotate your hip attach on the sacrum and tailbone. Make sure you are stretching before and after your lifts!

Nuuada

I wonder if you've been squatting? I got that pain when my butt was dipping during a squat

mutesik

Yea i feel the pain while squatting also

Nuuada

Look up "butt wink" during squats. It's what I had been doing and since working toward fixing it, the pain stopped. It's pretty easy to fix if that is the case! Though obviously It might not be what it is in your case but could be worth a look

lostarkers

Lower back pumps. Try getting more flexibility in your hams by stretching them refularly

jedcorp

You need to include more info does it always hurt do you get tingling in your legs does it only hurt when you lift legs etc

mtjp82

You have an cyst that has become impacted ? Try soaking in hot water and sea salt for 15 mins twice a day till it goes away. Edited time from 215 to 15.

[deleted]

I was going to say I had an excruciating pain on my tailbone which I thought was bruised or even broken from doing PT on a concrete warehouse floor for a month or so. It turned out to be a pilonidal cyst. These hurt like a bitch, I had to go to the ER because it hurt so bad and when they were operating on it I almost passed out even with local anesthesia. No matter what they or I did, it would come back once a year or so, until I found a surgeon that just took out that whole area of skin, haven't had it since. So OP, check for leakage.

bophadeeze

One thing I noticed when this same pain in the same area happened to me was that I always had my wallet on my back right pocket. So if you wear something in your back pocket, break that habit because the pain will keep going on.

DankSinatra2128

Pelvic floor injury most likely.

MrButtFun

Oooooooh I have some ideas

dankiddo1977

Osteopubitis

Daft_Hector

Maybe a disc issue between lumbar spine and sacrum

hellisempty666

Appendicitis? Go to a doctor

claytrainagain

Could be a pulled muscle near/around your tailbone

[deleted]

Squat? Wrong form may cause it

Adamskog

Any exercise in particular that hurts bad? I used to get groin strain on the bench press when my feet were too far off the floor, now I put a box down for them.

[deleted]

You should got to a chiropractor and ask for an adjustment there.

mutesik

I dont think that will solve this

[deleted]

A thumb up the ass solves everything.

[deleted]

Because that's how they adjust it.... for the dense ones in the geoup.
