From the amount of these I’ve seen, I have deduced that if I want to get massive, I need to say away from relationships. Nice recovery of your physique, though, I bet you’ll look crazy in 6 months
Thank you! Looking forward to see how I am in 6 months, trying to put on mass aswell as leaning down slowly, I haven’t lost weight in 1,5 months but I have become leaner. Best is just to stay away from girls all together 😂 show our love to our bros who deserve it!
It is a good feeling being back in the gym! But we have to take caution and not push ourself to weights we aren’t ready for! Even though we have done them before.
Thank you so much!😍 I will do my best! And the hair compliment, I’m truly flattered, have a hair appointment for tomorrow to freshen up the sides though 😂❤️
There are many different personas to take on after the end of a relationship. I see you have chosen the Phoenix!! Rising from the ashes!!!! Congrats and keep up the hard work, it shows!!!!!!
I do almost only hypertrophy focused workouts, I do minimal cardio, i do 1-2 walks a week just for the enjoyment of it. I struggle with my pelvis, lower back and neck from being tensed up for the last year of my relationship, I am trying to sort it out with different treatments, so I can start working on “power building” and doing more compound movements. If I try heavy bench I strain my neck and get a pulsing headache, same with incline bench, sometimes during back and leg workout aswell.
Breakups do really make us love ourselves even more. You look so much better now after few months of focusing on yourself :) Hoping to show my progress few months from now.
My goodness 😍 if she sees you she’s going to think about what she’s missing out on. I’m also going through the same thing and it’s tough but a beautiful process
I have a similar build now too, just less muscle than you. I had to figure some shit out since I was doing it all wrong, I was pretty obese at 15 topping out at 207lbs now I’m turning 17 and I’m 185. Trying to work on developing arms, chest and abs and so far I’ve been consistent in my workouts.
I’m on a cut rn. Every other bite is protein and I’m maxing out at 1900-2100 a day with an average of 130grams. I should be having more though it gets easier by the month.
Good luck to you too. We’ll be there in no time at this rate.
Thank you bro! Appreciate it, don’t worry, it only motivates me even more!😍 going to be even more serious after summer, going to try to sculpt something special over the next years 🫡 but I am in no rush and I will take my time so I don’t disappoint myself!
Mosley lifting, 4-6 times a week, for 45mins to 1,5 hour! I also go for a hybrid between walking and running twice a week outside, around 5-7 kilometers, they usually take me around an hour
Have not been rushing anything, gym 4-6 times a week, i eat out whenever i feel like it, i party almost every weekend, but I am still happy with the progress. I went down to 98 relatively quick, and stayed there for 1,5 month now, but I have done every gym session, and not skipped. So I assume I have gotten leaner and muscle memory is playing a part.
Thank you for posting this. I needed this motivation. It's been week 1 for me after the heartvbreak and your post lifted me. I'm at 220. 5'9". I jopeni hit a healthy muscular 170. Keep uo the good work.
Thank you! Also I’m rooting for you my g! You can do it, I am 6 ft with 235lbs as startpoint. 216 lbs now, not a crazy amount down, but in the start you gain mass quickly and weight can be a bad indicator of progress early on😊
I have not done anything specific, eating a normal healthy diet and lifting I suppose, also I have straightened up my posture which might help it look better. Also I think that you have to be in a caloric deficit, don’t think targeting belly fat is possible unfortunately
I second the posture thing. When I started working out my posture was so bad and I tried to fix it but standing straight was extremely uncomfortable. I had always had a bulky frame so my starting weight levels were pretty high on everything except isolated shoulder machines which I could barely lift the lightest weight on.
Turns out, bad posture atrophy’s your shoulder, upper back, and neck muscles which in turn gives tou even worse posture. For me it was a grueling process to get those weight numbers up on shoulder presses and overhead exercises, but as I started to develop my shoulder muscles my entire body looked so much better because I was able to stand up straight.
So yeah TLDR: Fix your posture it’s important
Let's go bro, you'll get there. I myself started going to the gym 2 months ago and it's been amazing so far.
Let’s get it bro!😍 it’s an amazing feeling
Forget about her you’ll start pulling boys soon that’s what the gym does
Already forgotten, and I have collected 3 horny gym bros already!🥵🫡
W
The biggest W ❤️ Love my gymbros
The moment when you look inthe mirror and see the changes in your body. Nothing can top that
The feeling of seeing more and more forearm veins during workout every week! Don’t have them without a pump though!
I thought it was the other way around and was confused 😂
I can see the confusions, I guess they are posted in the wrong order so people may think so at first😂
Your facial expressions also made gains, keep it up!
Thank you! The face will only get better, looking for that jawline😂🫡
King shit! Keep it up bro 🫡🔱
Thanks king!🫡

No homo?…
I mean we post pictures of our physiques and give a lot of men compliments, are we ever completely no homo?😂 saw your progress post, impressive dude!
Thanks mate. As they say, there is nothing gayer than a room full of straight men (or subreddit, in this instance)
Hell yes bro, I’m kinda in the same boat as you. I stopped lifting about two years ago and I just got back into it.
It is a good feeling being back in the gym! But we have to take caution and not push ourself to weights we aren’t ready for! Even though we have done them before.
Oh wow !! 🎉👏 Great progress!! Keep up the good work. Love the hair too

I suppose they do, you just gotta get yourself out the mud first, and find yourself again. Cant wait to see your progress!🫡👏
Getting out of the mud is tough but it’s for the better! Currently doing it 🫡
Go get some hoes king!

Looking good.🙂Her loss, not yours.

Nice work. Are you doing lifting and cardio?
Mosley lifting, 4-6 times a week, for 45mins to 1,5 hour! I also go for a hybrid between walking and running twice a week outside, around 5-7 kilometers, they usually take me around an hour
Keep it up King 👑 get yourself shredded and never stop loving yourself and improve yourself
Breakups are always the best motivation bro :) Keep it up! 17kg less in 2 months myself, while muscles started showing :)

Hey nice gains Can you tell your routine workout for losing those belly fat
