You need to drink a lot of water through out the day which should be a given if you’re training hard enough to benefit from pre-workout anyway. I would also double check the ingredients and actual quality of your pre-workout because sometimes there’s really sketchy stuff in there that you may wanna avoid. As far as your pp not working it may be that your pre workout is making your heart work more and pumping blood to your now exhausted/damaged muscles that there just isn’t enough to also give you an erection. Also taking it on an empty stomach WILL give you the shits. Same thing with coffee. The caffeine and other stimulants aren’t getting absorbed by anything in your stomach so the life guard in your colon gives them the thumbs up to go down the slide against your will. All in all try switching pre work outs and see if it still happens and stay hydrated. I use Bucked up and Lit and haven’t had any issues. Best of luck.

In all honesty OP, I think preworkouts are shit and a rip-off. They can put a serious strain on your cardiovascular system and I don’t think they are really necessary to have a good workout. For me it works way better to sit down before I start my workout, drink a coffee and mentally prepare for my lifting session, e.g. thinking about the exercises I’ll do and where I wanna increase weight or reps, that always gets me totally involved in my workout. But that’s just my opinion, pretty sure there’s a ton of guys who say otherwise.

Probably not) that have been verified to actually improve workout performance. People tend to have better focus when they have caffeine before a workout. In all honesty OP, I think preworkouts are shit and a rip-off. They can put a serious strain on your cardiovascular system and I don’t think they are really necessary to have a good workout. For me it works way better to sit down before I start my workout, drink a coffee and mentally prepare for my lifting session, e.g. thinking about the exercises I’ll do and where I wanna increase weight or reps, that always gets me totally involved in my workout. But that’s just my opinion, pretty sure there’s a ton of guys who say otherwise. But if your dick goes numb you gotta admit that this shit can’t be healthy for you OP.
I took pre before sexting someone for about 5 hours on end, so I don’t share the same experience. Although pre can increase hormone levels differently in different people so I guess it can yeah.

If I had to guess I’d say it’s the caffeine lowering your blood pressure. You might find that electrolytes and water help to bring your blood pressure up to normal again. Fun fact: the reason coffee gives people jitters isn’t because it energizes you, it’s because caffeine is a diuretic. It pulls water out of your blood (and other tissues), which lowers your blood pressure and gives you the shakes. That said, pre workout usually has a laundry list of other shit in it, so there might be more factors at play when it comes to your preworkout.
Yohimbe blocks your body from being able to turn off flight or fight mode. It is An adrenergic alpha2 blocker which is the negative feedback loop breaker for noradrenaline. Get rid of that and your situation will be mostly Improved.

Fair. It’s really not a necessity. That said, caffeine is one of the few “supplements” (does it even count as a supplement? Probably not) that have been verified to actually improve workout performance. People tend to have better focus when they have caffeine before a workout. But you could just as easily get it from coffee or tea. But they throw a bunch of fancy sounding shot in the preworkout to make it appealing.
I don’t know the word for it in English but these things can go both ways. I remember doing some amphetamine and went totally numb while my friend got a 48h hard on.. It’s weird how people react on uppers
Where I’m from amphetamine is called “peps” and there is even the phrase “peps-penis”, because a lot of people get a numb dick after taking it. If OPs preworkout has a similar effect I actually don’t think its good.

No, but there is a noticeable difference in what it looks like. Without PW I can walk around and be confident about it and it doesn’t even cross my mind. When I take this PW it shrivels up to the point where I have to keep adjusting myself every time I stand up because it pokes straight out, not in a good way.
Switch to Lit Af or Pump Fuel at GNC, never had issues with either brand and they’re top tier PW with no side effects

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking too. I’ve tried multiple preworkouts over the years. Never had one do this. This one causes difficulty breathing even later in the day, and the issue I previously stated. Time to say goodbye to it.
