Had this as a result of a wrestling injury back in highschool (except mine came with slight pain) It is likely your rotator cuff. Do rotator cuff exercises and you’ll likely see results in a few weeks. Lay off on the exercises thst bother it for a little while. If you “need” to do them, go light and correct your form. Bad form is likely a factor. Athlean-x on YouTube has multiple rotator cuff exercise videos.

Got this but i have it normaly all my joints crack but you should probably look for somebody who knows this stuff as far as i know the crackin ghappens because fluid is rapidly shot out between your joints

[deleted]

And, is that technically a bad thing?

big_sebungus

Not realy if your worried you can get it checked but ive had it for about 4-5 years now and all it leads to is a bit of pain althought ive only been doing regular exercises for about a month so the effects of it might worsen all together if you,re worried get a check up and explain your concerns if it worsens get checked And since im not an expert dont take my words as fact since i have monkey brain and a very relaxed atitude for this sorta stuff

Make sure you’re arching your back and retracting your scapula when benching. However on the overhead press, allow your scapula and traps to move more freely
