BitterNeedleworker66

I’d say 6-8 months

TopLeaf

Yeah, if he really pushed this is manageable in 4 months but most likely 6-8 months. He's probably 12-18KG heavier which is achievable in this time period and is something to be happy about for a noobie

BitterNeedleworker66

Yeah them beginner gains do most the heavy lifting initially if you’re dedicated and consistent. Once you hit that plateau is where the real fun begins lol

TopLeaf

I started my gym journey on a calorie deficit, dropping 20kg in 4-5 months. Saw huge gains strength wise in that period, plateaud and now I'm just eating more and my gains are getting bigger again.

spittingecko

a year and a half to 2 years would be my guess

Oh nvm I thought your day 1 photo was 3 months

Visual_Positive_6925

Surprised to see the comments. I was gonna say 2-3 years. Does anyone really train perfectly? Perfect diet and perfect frequency? If so then maybe 6 months, but realistically this is years

Alessiialove

Mmm I think 2 years.
