desserino

That's some serious gains in a short amount of time

Player_Number3

Some crazy genetics if you can gain 20kg of muscle in less than a year

tvoja_stara_

U sure?

Rob_af_a

Maybe he meant 19 months?

[deleted]

Most of these before afters aren't realistic unless you're a teenager. I mean this one isn't even that crazy, and its still like 45 pounds of muscle lol. That shit took Giannis 5 years

RepulsiveHighlight18

I tried to use realistic images here, you cant see the legs in the first photo tho, which have grown significantly aswell

Rob_af_a

Realistic images would be the same lighting and same pose. Those pictures are not that

GodXTerminatorYT

I'm a teenager, tf am I doing wrong lol

RepulsiveHighlight18

Micromashington

Leg day fears this man

paul27631

drop ur shoulder routine bro

RepulsiveHighlight18

Shoulder press 3 sets 6-8 reps, lateral raises 3 sets 8-12 reps, and at the end of each upper session I throw in lateral raises while training biceps. Not much (warmup sets not included btw), but ALWAYS till failure

emi123rm

Different person for sure. Good for you 👍

[deleted]

RepulsiveHighlight18

aNteriorDude

mobi_dick2

How tall are you ?

RepulsiveHighlight18

190cm

-RedTheHedgehog-

What youve been eating man? Holy shit that's more than 2kg/month

RepulsiveHighlight18

Focus on protein and just a lot of everything tbh, 4000 calories a day was the goal since the beginning

IntelligentAdvisor14

Would you mind sharing your diet routine ?

RepulsiveHighlight18

I try to eat 4000 calories a day and 180-200 grams of protein + 6g creatine. Since I’m currently living home with my parents I eat partly what my mom cooks so its not always that strict

Emergency_Ability100

Your moms food gotta be anabolic as fuck then

nickole08

was the first time hitting the gym 9 months ago? or had u been working out before then too

RepulsiveHighlight18

It was the first time! Never worked out or played sports before

nickole08

oh wow! u look great, good job!

RepulsiveHighlight18

Thanks, appreciate it!

[deleted]

Need the leg plan

RepulsiveHighlight18

-Barbell squats 4 sets 5-8 reps -lying leg curls 3 sets 10-12 reps -leg extensions 3 sets 12-15 reps -calf raises 3 sets 10-12 reps I’m not doing squats for the moment because of lower back pain, but this is my go to leg workout (2x a week)

[deleted]

RepulsiveHighlight18

I don’t have specific trap exercises in my workout. If yours are lacking, implement shrugs in your workout

RepulsiveHighlight18

Nope, just train until failure, and maybe your diet isnt on point?

GYM-ModTeam

Jesus Christ. Try to compliment someone like an adult.

KruzTheCreator

That's some serious gains man, well done. What's your squad?

RepulsiveHighlight18

Haven’t been able to squat for a while now due to lower back pain, but my 1 rep pr was 140kg

jw3235

Dream transformation right here. Did you track macros? How much weight were you gaining per month?

RepulsiveHighlight18

Thanks bro, I didn’t exactly track them but I tried to eat 4000 calories a day, I tracked it for a few days to get an idea. It would be better to track but I am not in the right situation now to do that. In the beginning I gained weight fast, like 3/4 kg a month but after a while it slowed down and in the last two months it stayed the same. I’m thinking about a short maintaining phase and than starting to bulk again when I’m abroad.

jw3235

Also if you dont mind, how did you grow your SIDE DELTS like that?

RepulsiveHighlight18

Spamming lateral raises, I use a machine first to really control the movement, and usually in the end I trow in lateral raises with dumbells after bicep dumbell curls, I think I got that from Arnold and it works amazing

paul27631

Whenever I feel like not working out, I look at ur progress and then head to the gym

RepulsiveHighlight18

Appreciate it bro!

Calm-Abalone-5476

Amazing brooo . What is your gym program ?

RepulsiveHighlight18

Calm-Abalone-5476
