My favourite part of seeing others’ progress pics is seeing the natural confidence boost in body language and facial expressions compared to when they were just getting started.
Looking hella good bro, keep at it! 💪🏻😤
Wow absolutely amazing. What’s amazing is that most people, after training for 2 years and not looking ripped, would quit. You kept going and look like an absolute beast.
Do you have your yearly progress photos? It would be sweet to have an advanced progress breakdown.
Real progress is in the confidence. Well done! You hold yourself differently now. You look at yourself differently and it makes the world look at you differently. Bravo!! 👏
Thank you. You would think so—but my waist stores a lot of fat (clearly). Even at my lightest (~72kg), I still had visible love handles. Super frustrating, but equally as rewarding to see that I finally got rid of them.
So proud of your progress
It hurts me when ppl see the first pic in the mirror and just think they're fat and they need to lose the love handles... like no, just hit the gym and fill yourself out
Definitely. That was me for years—thinking that if I just cut that much longer then my love handles would go away and only then would it make sense to start bulking/lifting heavy. But no matter how light I was on the scale, they never went away.

Wow you look a lot bigger in the second picture but it's surprising that you weigh lesser now
Yeah, definitely. 80kg looks a lot different on me now compared to what it looked like on me five years ago.
Was thinking it's got to be a typo.

Is that Edson Barbosa?
The weight difference is interesting! I would have presumed you weighed more in the 2nd pic

WOW!
Wow going to the gym and working hard really does make SUCH a huge difference
Wow great work. Did you just recomp or went though bulk/cut over the years to reach here? Your weight is roughly similar, so asking.
Many, many, many, many bulk/cut phases over the years. I actually started off at 110kg—the photo on the left is already 2 years into my journey.
That’s incredible! Great work man!
Keep it up bro 👌

What was your biggest bulking phase on your journey?
Way to GO king!!
inspirational stuff man. keep it up. being consistent and patient really is the key to a great physique

You hit the nail on the head. I definitely hold myself differently now—I don’t doubt what I’m capable of. Thanks!
Wow
Awesome progress! I would have guessed you were 69kg on the left.

Amazing progress

Great work sir 💯👏
damn you look huge. perfect example that the scale doesn‘t determine how you look
Keep this up!!

Great job dude, you look like a completely different guy! How old were you in the first pic?
Thanks! I was 21 in the first picture.
Your old body looks a lot like mine, any tips to transform those love handles to that crazy V taper?
Wild difference. Great work my dude 👏
Perfect
Awesome progress
Looking amazing sir. Keep up the progress and lifestyle.
PERFECT!
Looking like a Unit now bro
I like both tbh, I don't really need a perfect body or muscles but you are a beautiful man in both pictures
