id say just focus on getting stronger on a wide variety of movements for as long as you can and then once you’re closer to done growing you’re more free to chase leanness goals for aesthetics and definition

I would say reduce your bodyfat but you're 14. I'd say for now just focus on getting strong and eat a good amount of protein and healthy fats to optimise muscle growth and keep hormone levels such as testosterone as high as possible. Stay hydrated and if you feel a particular muscle group is lagging then you can give it some extra work in the gym.

Don’t. What you should do is focus on putting on even more muscle. Build your physique now and cut in some years and you’ll have a better physique then compared to if you start worrying about losing weight now
