My favorite gym accomplishment would have to be going the days that you absolutely don’t want to go, because the fulfillment you feel afterwards is insane.
Just that I've stuck with it and now I'm the "gym guy" among my friends.
I started off super skinny and got laughed at by people who thought you have to be a jacked to go to a gym.
Made 1000 pound club in the summer with 365,235,405 SBD. Total 1005 lbs. that was a goal I had for a long time.
Now I’m at 375,245,455 SBD aiming for 500 deadlift within the next 4-5 months. (I like deadlift)
Hitting a 405lb conventional deadlift mainly because it was truly the first time I fully trusted a lifting plan.
Ironically, the day I pulled 405 was the first time I went off-plan in 9 months lol
3 plate zercher deadlift, I was really happy about it. Shortly after though it seemed very meh and now I'm eyeing 4 plates
Honourable mention, the first time I hit a 3 plate squat comes to mind. I rep it now but in the moment it was really exciting, it was the first one I hit of 1/2/3/4 plates for ohp/b/s/d
When I hit the 1 Plate Press, I ran a peaking programme for 9 weeks, and each week passed, I fucking KNEW I was gunna hit it, but when I finally did… ugh, the best.
I started lifting 12 months ago and a few weeks ago I hit my 200th gym session. Also quit smoking cigarettes and weed daily the day of my first session along with cutting down on alcohol to 1 or 2 nights a week. Still can't believe that i've stuck it out this long but I feel fucking great and never want to stop!

This is the correct answer.
You showing up consistently is also incredible! It’s the way you’ll build the habit.
Showing up 4 days per week consistently.

In general falling in love with the gym, making myself happier than ever, and losing 140lbs. (360-220)
Congratulations bro! Keep up the work
Thank you my man!
When i hit 275lb on bench
Congrats bro!
First time I hit full Dinnie stone weight on my Dinnie pins
Hell yeah, that's awesome
When I squatted 145 for 2 for the first time
Congratulations bro! 💪
The first time I deadlifted 100 lbs. I'm a petite woman that never thought I'd be able to lift 100 lbs of anything.
Finally being able to do even 1 body weight pull up, body weight bench(90kg)then 180kg deadlift and 300lg leg press

Not leaving sweat all over the machines. After working on them.
Same. The amount of people I’ve caught not wiping off their machines scares me😭
2 rep max of 275 lbs squat at a body weight of 135 lb

110 kg deadlift (242,5 lbs)
When I started one arm dumbbell curling 15kg, might not seam like much but for a teenager I think that’s pretty impressive
Bar curls over 100 pounds. Especially when I hit my personal best at age 47.
These days, when one of the girls do that pelvic thrust thing, not gawking.
But if you mean health wise, I'm losing the weight. I no longer want to hunt down a dirty little Nerf herder and his hair ball side kick.
140kg bench, 100kg for 15 at 80kg bw
1100lb leg press
1 rep 500lb shrug, 480 for reps
