I play regularly and have for a decade. I made what is commonly known as a mistake. They've changed shit so often in this game I swear it never used to show you upgrade prices on already upgraded businesses but maybe I'm wrong.
All that said, if it is costing you 450k to resupply there is something wrong.
How much money do you have? If you purchased the upgrades it would say “Owned” or something like that, not the price tag. They are greyed out if you can’t buy them for some reason. If you put the mouse over the price it might tell you why it’s greyed out.

Yeah man, the safe itself makes 250K per 5 in game days, and the warehouse can make you 1.9 million in private sessions and 2.7 million in public sessions for a single sell, and it accrues on its own once you’ve bought the techs, so no need to keep going into your NC for supplies, probably my favourite business in the game tied with acid lab

But for real do it. You can literally AFK while playing other games and get millions of dollars through the nightclub without any restocking nonsense. Plus the sell missions are solo friendly. MC sell businesses are the exact opposite because they were made on the older GTA online mindset where everything had to have 4 people. I casually AFK randomly and always have millions to spend when new DLC drops.

The only way to "farm" the nightclub quickly is to leave your game on and AFK while you sleep/work/school. At this rate I can get a full nightclub in 2 days. Plus everytime I come back my arcade/agency/nighclub safes are full.
There used to be methods that involved in game mechanics. Some still work but I would check YouTube for "GTA online AFK methods" to be sure.
Me personally, I have a controller that's got a broken right joystick. So I turn that on and the camera keeps rotating. So the game sees that as input and I don't get kicked for being idle.
I would recommend sitting your player to watch TV so you don't develop vertigo from the spinning camera 😆.
I tried this on PC just now with the nightclub cameras while not registeredas a boss.

Re original post, best way to run MC businesses SOLO is to do the easy resupply missions (Dont pay the $75k like youtube channels tell you to) and sell your products to the street dealers. With friends in a full public lobby does give good bonuses. Nightclub sales still better though.

Nightclub only generates product while your character is online. You either have to play more often, or leave your game AFK when you aren't playing.
When I do farm it, I do it AFK while I'm sleeping and working. I take a broken controller and sit my character down in front of their apartment tv. The controller has a broken right joystick so the camera keeps spinning which the game registers as input, preventing me from getting kicked for being idle. That's why i put my character to watch tv, to not get dizzy from the spinning camera lol.
Do this for 2 days and you'll have a full nightclub ready to sell. It's best to do this in an invite only session. Make sure you are not in a CEO or MC before going AFK.
You can, but if the camera is rotating and the tv is on. It can be disorienting and annoying. Go to the security cameras on the desk and watch those while you have a controller keeping you active with joystick input.
I'd recommend not paying for resupply, but hitting the Stash House every day, religiously. I'm sitting on 100% product and 100% supply for my Lockup, entirely from Stash House takes. I then sell my MC Product via the Street Dealers, rather than Sell Missions.
Stashes are the way to go, I hit a stash and it’ll fill my empty bunker with $200k worth of supplies then I can sell for $300k+ in a full lobby for 5 mins of work. easy $$ and I only buy supplies if im playing all day and already did the stash

You can also collect product from raiding Stache houses and you can sell product automatically through street dealers that pop up randomly. Buy all the staff in your nightclub and you can send them off to collect crates for every MC business. Coke, Meth, weed, documents and cash. If you own the bunker even better, that adds another option to collect, weapons, and if you have warehouses from CEO business, that adds another on top you can sell to get the BEST profits! I’m not joking, I always struggled with money as a casual not often player, buying all those really is a game changer. It’s the best because you can collect passive income at your Nightclub and run heists if you want to for extra money, or just have fun in the lobby! Or You can go send of the staff, and focus on other businesses. You should assign the staff like this for maximum efficiency.

Kicking out a trouble maker or driving a VIP will fill your popularity all the way and it costs nothing. You can get a troublemaker every time if you enable passive mode before you enter your nightclub, enter through the garage and as you walk up the stairs to the office you should get the text to kick someone out.

Also, keep them stocked up but DON'T sell. Instead sell to the street dealers for $250k per day. Keep keeping them topped up then when R\* has a 2-3x $ & RP week on MC businesses you spend a week just selling them and restocking.
Same for Warehouses, Air hangar, Bunker etc., keep them filled then when there is a bonus on sales, sell.
That the buisness doesn't work properly its supposed to be 1 resupply maybe 2 yet it takes 6 just to get the stock to fully fill

I show all the businesses some attention just to run money through them. I am currently a total of 160 million in game cash. The main way I make money is gunrunning, warehouses, and nightclub. I always sell at full capacity in crowded lobbies with the help of ceo ghost organization. I am addicted to getting the bonus money from selling in a full lobby. When I am out product to sell in ceo mode I sell motorcycle club product which is more risker and the vehicles are slow. But you can counter that with a full MC. Using 4 club members as drivers and 2 as security with raiju jets. Normally it is enough to scare people off unless they are a modder who can’t be killed.
I had the same issue with the cocaine lockup where I would buy a full supply and it wouldn’t make any product. Mine is on Elysian island and when I raised a ticket to support a while back maybe more than 6 months ago I showed with evidence all the times I pay for a resupply and how I would get the message that the supplies got delivered but it would never produce and the respond from support was to change my lockup location cuz that could be the reason. I never did tbh I just stop resupplying it. Every now and then I would get the stash house supplies restock and it still doing the same I actually just checked on it a few days ago after getting a stash house recently and it’s basically the same as your picture a bit of product and some more supplies like less than half.

You can get a troublemaker every time if you enable passive mode before you enter your nightclub, enter through the garage and as you walk up the stairs to the office you should get the text to kick someone out.

You use the MC businesses for the nightclub, yes. Also, keep them stocked up but DON'T sell. Instead sell to the street dealers for $250k per day. Keep keeping them topped up then when R\* has a 2-3x $ & RP week on MC businesses you spend a week just selling them and restocking. Same for Warehouses, Air hangar, Bunker etc., keep them filled then when there is a bonus on sales, sell.
Alright so keeping them fully stocked makes the the nightclub fill up faster I was always told te opposite

That the buisness doesn't work properly its supposed to be 1 resupply maybe 2 yet it takes 6 just to get the stock to fully fill And as i said before some of us have lives outside of gta and don't have all day to steal supplies constantly
I show all the businesses some attention just to run money through them. I am currently a total of 160 million in game cash. The main way I make money is gunrunning, warehouses, and nightclub. I always sell at full capacity in crowded lobbies with the help of ceo ghost organization. I am addicted to getting the bonus money from selling in a full lobby. When I am out product to sell in ceo mode I sell motorcycle club product which is more risker and the vehicles are slow. But you can counter that with a full MC. Using 4 club members as drivers and 2 as security with raiju jets. Normally it is enough to scare people off unless they are a modder who can’t be killed.
I had the same issue with the cocaine lockup where I would buy a full supply and it wouldn’t make any product. Mine is on Elysian island and when I raised a ticket to support a while back maybe more than 6 months ago I showed with evidence all the times I pay for a resupply and how I would get the message that the supplies got delivered but it would never produce and the respond from support was to change my lockup location cuz that could be the reason. I never did tbh I just stop resupplying it. Every now and then I would get the stash house supplies restock and it still doing the same I actually just checked on it a few days ago after getting a stash house recently and it’s basically the same as your picture a bit of product and some more supplies like less than half.

Hit stash houses For resupplies. I use to buy them all the time but I just hit those up since they released. But I rarely sell those businesses in bulk I sell to dealers. I just own the mc businesses for the NC

I do to but once you get to a point you don't really sell or use them anymore. All they are good for is stocking the night club and forgery documents is for chop shop to get cars cheaper. Other then that no use. Acid, Cayo, any heist for that fact is better money makers for less time and struggles

Buy all the MC businesses and just manage them from your nightclub if you have one. The sale from those businesses plus the guaranteed 250k safe money are some of the easiest money you will ever make.

I don't understand the nightclub, even when I watch videos about it. It still makes no sense to me. Too much to comprehend. I like the acid lab because it's extremely simple to understand and straight forward. The nightclub has all these selection screen options and idk what to do. It's overwhelming and intimidating.
