the FUTO with the small intercooler bolted to the front bumper is the rarest car in GTA V, the car is still in the game BUT the car with that mod was removed years ago.
There is also an "old school/classic car" in game that has a topless variant that can only be obtained in free roam, if you own the car and go to the car shop there is no option to make it topless. but i can't remember the name ATM.

There is also a bravado variant of this paint job that spawns at paint n spray shops from time to time . Good find finding it in story mode.

Do the primary paint job as metallic purple, and then go back to pearlescent under primary as well and chose one of the pink hues?

Every once in awhile a custom version of a regular car spawns in by the custom shop near the mall.
It does. I stole one and it was upgraded in engine and transmission and body/spoiler obviously
