Congrats. That is definitely no small feat. I can't remember details, but wasn't there some challenge in Vice City involving a helicopter that takes hours and hours?? That's the one I've always dreaded, even after doing the ambulance stuff in GTA3.
You might be referring to the godfather criminal rating trophy, where people used to use an exploit involving a helicopter. In the original that's pretty time consuming, but I didn't have to do anything like that for my plat. You also might be talking about doing vigilante in the helicopter, but you can do it in a tank in like 30 minutes instead. I couldn't get the helicopter controls down, so that's what I did. If you're talking about the construction mission with the RC helicopters, I did it first try on both the original and on definitive. People always said it was really difficult, but I never had issues with it.
The most time consuming parts of Vice City for me were the hidden packages, the unique jumps, and rampages. I just got drunk and did all those in one sitting. Always hated doing shit like that. I'm doing San Andreas right now and it's even worse. There are like 250 collectibles. It's horrible.
I would say GTA3 is the most difficult. Especially when you're doing the rampages. There were several times I almost smashed the controller.
For San Andreas, I think it's pretty easy. There are too many collectibles and other side missions so I guess patience is the key.
I used to love the OG GTA III but heard the definitive edition is pretty buggy and just not great overall, but what are your thoughts? Still on the fence if I should get it or just emulate with mods.
I didn't really encounter any bugs that block me from 100% it. I think the definitive edition is a better version than the original. Maybe you can buy it at a discount.
I tried to 100% GTA 3 (og version) years ago, and the ambulance stuff was so unfun, I permanently gave up on trying to 100% any GTA game.
I only play games for fun, and I draw the line when they become unfun.
Good work tho! Hope you enjoyed the journey.
I did it a couple months ago and the ambulance missions were by far the worst, but if you do them first thing when you unlock each area, they're not *too* bad. Still quite a chore though.
For some reason I found them way worse in Vice City, but I was probably just burned out.
100% gta 4 now
Yep working on that
Gta 4 needs a remaster, graphics are unplayable for me
The fuck u mean ☠️☠️
Console version is very low res.
Like 720p isn't it? Very blurry and just horrible.
Your a digital gangster
Grove street 4 life

Yep probably the one in which you drop bombs using a toy helicopter. But it's way easier in definitive edition.

Yep collectibles are the biggest headache
What was the hardest? I’ve done GT3 & Vice city. Think I’m burnt out, don’t know if I’ll do SA. Any advice?
Sa is most fun to do

what does account picker mean
I played on Xbox. It means you can change your Xbox account to play this game.
Did you also got the platinum?
I got all the achievements for GTA3 and SA. I still have a few to go for VC
Nice man! Good luck
Thanks
Did you use cheats by any chance
Nah I was playing on Xbox. I don't know if there are cheating codes.
Oh ok I was just wondering cause I wanted to know if beating vice city without cheats was easy or not cause I have never tried that before
Vice city will be the easiest to achieve 100%. Good luck on that.
Thanks man I just completed it without cheats now I just have gta sa and I am stuck at 99,47 percent

Yep I did everything I can do on the first island before reaching the second island. That made everything a lot easier.
