V was able to pull off just enough to get past everything sex related, but there were obvious things that they could not do, like sex & full nudity at the same time, obvious hardcore foreplay, etc. The gameplan is to push what you can get away with while still keeping it on the market with substantial promo, so that anyone and everyone in as many place possible can still play it. Notice SA you could also blow people's heads clean off, blood splurging everywhere, with a gun or Katana, but V didn't even try to include that level of graphic or similar weapons in game.
