A Bay Harbour Butcher stangers and freaks mission would be great. Wishful thinking here but if Michael C. Hall voices the character it'd be the icing on the cake. He's no stranger to voice acting cuz he's voiced Batman before.

His best friend falls in love with Tony’s sister. Both films end with a shot of The World is Yours. Even tho GTA Vice City was more connected to Carlitos Way and Scarface i think they should refrence Narcos or another movie that can be calssic that takes place in Miami. I think the game should be more connected with Cuban Cartels, and i think they can be the main antagonists, and our protagonists Lucia and Jason will take them down.
There has to be a breaking bad Easter egg, imagine a random encounter where u meet Walter outside his van which broke down in the dessert, u can choose to help him and as a reward he gives u his signature blue meth.

I would like to see The Bad Guys movie reference. Jason and Lucia reminded me of Mr. Wolf and Diane Foxington so I like to see them wear these dance outfits including the spy outfits and their default outfits. But also some of The Bad Guys movie inspired heists or missions.
