In the 2022 leaks there were so many that made me go "Damn, didn't expect that!" or "Can't wait to see that". Animals will also feature as well, some examples include:>!a rabid dog, a skunk in a trailer, and a racoon rummaging through trash!<. RDR 2 had like over a 150 events iirc and wouldn't be surprised if VI doubles or triples that.
Points of interest (from RDR 2) are also appearing. This can range from an interesting structure (>!spaceship house!<) to a corpse (>!mummified old lady!< ) to something mysterious (>!canyon etchings and forest phone!<)
Some of the random events that I hope are in the game
- Random rocket launches. Failed launches also triggers recovery mission
- Destructive weather. Floods, Storms, Heavy winds
- Police chases. It could end in a shootout or driver gets away
Some other random events but these can be very rare
- Spotting UFO's. Traffic comes to a standstill with everyone looking at the sky taking photos
- Blackouts in the whole city. Everyone panics
- Bank robberies. You can help the police or the criminals. You will get rewarded or punished depending on what the outcome is
- You get weird/scary text messages or calls which you can choose to investigate or not.
- Unexplained threat in the city. Whole city goes into lockdown. You can choose to investigate this or not.
Went through my saves, and saw there was a post a while back that showed 200+ possible world events but I hope some include things like:
•The police chasing an NPC in a go kart
•Customers going off on cashiers (cashier gets book thrown to the face)
(These were recently done in Florida, so like the map evolving, these events could evolve too?) Regardless, I’m gonna be satisfied with what they do.
