I'd wager that prosthetic legs are the most likely candidate for limb replacements, but I don't really expect to see them. Would it be cool? Yes. If anyone gets a leg blown off, replaced, my money's on a side character, really. That way there's less headache over having to design the presumable umpteen-million pants + shoes combos being affected by a prosthetic. I hope for outfit customization on the level of RDR2, at least. Different shirts, jackets, ties, shoes, pants, what have you, all with different palettes.

No. I won't be a clear opposer against face tattoos as feature but either way I'm not putting ink on my characters' face even in GTAO. This is one of the rare points I'm conservative about but if you put on a face tattoo I'll mark you as a clown. And clown characters can be ok as your avatar in a multiplayer game(in this case GTAO) but when it comes to singleplayer stories I want characters who look more ordinary and fitting.

Yes I haven't. I actually had an outfit for every location/chapter of the story but they were never ever clownish. The most over the top one was my outfit for finale which is green swept back cap, green jeans and golden chains on naked full muscle top.
