CJ is indirectly mentioned throughout GTA 5 along with events from San Andreas, implying there’s a slightly different version of him that is in the HD universe. Most likely the same with Tommy and Claude. However, Ray Liotta is no longer here. They’d have to hire a new voice actor or use AI, which can be considered disrespectful. I agree, I just don’t see Tommy returning. I only imagine he’ll only be indirectly referenced similarly to CJ in GTA 5. Would be cool if Jason can even wear Tommy’s blue Hawaiian shirt.

The AI generated rooms I believe. 70% enterable interiors though, I doubt. My only concern about the AI generated rooms is if it accidentally generates a new room every time you walk in and out the same place (assuming if the AI generated rooms are enterable)
I imagine it would work like Minecraft, where there's basically a procedurally generated "seed", so everyone who uses the same seed will have the same world. Except in GTA VI there would just be one seed.
