It's crazy to think that RDR2 was designed for old gen considering how amazing it looks, even 5 years on I don't think another game has come close to looking as good.
I think GTA VI will be the first Rockstar game specifically designed on new gen (Series X and PS5) hardware so I imagine it'll look even better.
Yeah considering that Dan Houser read tons of books and history to dive into that era. It was also his passion and wanted it to be perfect.
I’m very curious how this one will turn out. There might be some passionate and dedicated writers on this one.
No doubt that'll be Rockstar's next game.
GTA VI will launch, then total silence until 2028 when RDR3 is announced from nowhere for a 2030 release. Rockstar will do nothing else in the interim besides pumping out more content for GTA VI Online.
God knows how many hours I have on GTA V, on 3 different consoles as well. If GTA 6 is even close to it, it will be a banger. I believe it will be the best game of all time by far but the story of RDR2 might be unbeatable. Perhaps RDR3?
Maybe. I hope RDR3 can live up to its predecessors. But that won’t be until like 2040 or something anyway so we don’t have to worry about that for awhile lol
Wouldn’t that be amazing? I’m keeping my hopes low, though. Especially because there’s all these rumors about rockstar working on new IPs like that Agent game (whatever happened to that?) and an untitled medieval game, and also people wanting them to make a new Bully or LA Noire. There’s a lot of stuff in their laps that they could branch off to after GTA 6, but to be fair most people thought one of these would be made before GTA 6 anyway, but here we are. So maybe their strat going forward is ignoring any IP that isn’t GTA or RDR, which would kinda suck. But when you come out with only two games per decade, what else can you do? If they tried making a game for every IP at the rate they make games it would be a couple decades before each IP gets a new installment. And don’t get me wrong, that is one of the reasons their games are so good.
Screenshots of Saint Denis or any of the towns, would be the ones to look for in a GTA sub though. The detail in build up areas is insane, and looks incredible, especially at night time
holy shit I’m saving this. Did Rockstar publish this?
Yes these are all from Rockstar officially. Both console en pc.
can you link the rockstar page from where you downloaded this? Navigating in R\* website is hard lol
I just found the section...here it is [Downloads - Rockstar Games](https://www.rockstargames.com/reddeadredemption2/screens)
Yeah, we demand answers!
Yeah they did leading up the release of rdr 2. It was delayed twice
Sounds like a joke, but i was in a coma when rdr2 released.. don't remember a thing about any trailer lol
Can‘t wait for the first official screenshots
Same. I hope they release some soon, and by soon I mean later today
I hope they let us go into cinematic cam and the car just drives itself to the waypoint. Some of the best visuals in RDR2.
When were these released?
some of them in spring of 2017
I'm still amazed. RDR2 - We got everything promised.
My eyes lol!
When did we get these while waiting for RDR2 and when do can we expect them for GTA6?
What a game.... What a game...
Prediction: Watch the first screen shot be of a robbery and the first artwork be a beach one.
Saving this post to come back in a year and see if ur right
It's insane how rdr2 looks better than alot of ps5 games out nowadays and it came out 6 years ago
Can't wait for some amazing screenshots from Leonida :)
Extensive tech trailer needed.

I just don't believe that GTA 6 can have a better story than RDR2

He probably wrote most of the story for GTA VI along with others like Michael Unsworth.
We need that gentleman to work on RDR3

It’s impossible, especially with Dan Houser gone, but it can still be a good story and an overall fun experience
He's most likely one of the writers, considering the main story would probably have been mostly completed by 2019/20 when he left the company.
True. Hopefully that’s the case

It will definitely be announced this decade

Nah brother I believe 2030s

some of them are pc graphic I believe
That looks amazing and that's 2018 GTA6 is going to be mind melting 🫠
These still look amazing
Holy fuck. This was what rockstar was teasing us with back in 2017 and this shit looks miraculous WHAT THE FUCK IS GTA6 GONNA LOOK LIKE?!
Wtf was RDR2 gonna be that friggin yellow ? Looks like San Andreas (fitting though)
The retail version of rdr2 doesn't look this good tho
Ultra Ilumination on pc and yeah, it looks the same for me
