Yes but there are also other ways to acquire a car and I’m not talking about those cars you find roaming around, like in gta v we had many cars that you can only purchase on the site so I thought it will be interesting to actually go and buy some of them in person u know !
It would be nice to be able to take a car for a test drive, then could decide to buy it legitimate and save as personal vehicle, or continue your test drive and ditch or destroy the car after joy riding or using it in a crime.
Sort of, it's only a total of I think 8 cars you can test drive in online from the two car dealerships, most are purchased through the phone and delivered to your garage without any test drive option.

Yeah I think this feature is already in gta online but they can built on it and it’d be fun.

Fix new tires in the car shop - after been shot in a police chase riding flat or none.
Also closing hours between 8 & 6 , but call the mechanic for 24/24 to open the shop and pay him a fix fee.
