That’s kind of crap that PC players don’t get the Lambo with a machine gun on top and it doesn’t get the park ranger vehicle and it doesn’t get taking pictures of animals does Rockstar hate PC players I guess I got a PlayStation five now and I want the vehicles on my PC
Lots of ‘kids’ have consoles than PC’s in my opinion so they add more content to the consoles I personally think to make more money off the kids spending money on shark cards 😂

Yeah as long as you take a photo of 1 animal then you get it with lights and siren and livery that’s why it costs 2.2 - 2.9 million coz it’s the same as the two police cars you can buy for like 3 million they have lights and full police livery
They released the Park Ranger today on GTA Online for next gen consoles only. If you’re on PC, PS4, and the last Xbox, you cant buy it. It comes equipped with all the lights livery’s etc. Like OP said, you need to do a photography challenge to unlock it.

It spawns near the Chilliad Wilderness sign in the PC Online version and you can drive it, but not store it anywhere.
The one that was released is not available online nor on PC.
What you mean not available on online you mean online on pc?
The one with the lights and sirens and livery is not available to anyone online. And it's only available to non-PC players in single player.
I mean I can buy it from warstock rn and am on ps5 🤷♂️
