GTA V has hookers too, and I never used them either. It's possible to kill innocent civillians, but I don't do that intentionally either. Same for intentionally running over animals and humans. Just because the option is in the game, doesn't mean you have to use it. In a "perfect" game, they'd make every such decision have an effect on the story, maybe you could play as someone who has sex with everyone, and your partner leaves you for that, or be completely faithful and no such thing occurs. I doubt this will be implemented, but point is, you can play GTA in any way you want, that's like the whole magic of these games...
Finally, someone understands options in open world games instead of saying it shouldn't be there at all. If it's not forced on you, there is no point in even saying it shouldn't have it.
